Brought my bike in with a squeaky BB. Candy identified a broken cable guide. He diligently followed up with the parts department to get it repaired. My bike is working great and the repair cost very reasonable!
I usually get my bike serviced at a Campagnolo “Expert” shop, but will be coming back to OC Velo Cyclery for all my services from now on.

I’ve been coming to HB Velo for several years now and they’re my first choice for repair and maintenance. They’re transparent with pricing and timelines and have good advice offered in an easy going way. I’ve never felt talked down to, even when they had to undo some of the half-a**ed maintenance/repairs I did myself. When I’m in the market for a new ride, I’ll start—and hopefully finish—shopping here.
