I went for extra postage on a Christmas card. According to an asian lady, with a pompous. attitude, the card needed 1 more 55 cents stamp; and I promptly paid my $1.00 for one 55 cents stamp. One week later, the Christmas card came back to me stamped more postage due. I totally agree with some other reviewers, the new owners need to be much more friendly.

The WORST customer service I have received in a place of business that I pay a monthly service for. I have never been hassled as much as I have here. The new owner is not nice!!! I Would definitely take our business elsewhere if it weren't such a hassle getting our company address switched. I don't recommend this place for anything.

Super friendly staff, very quick service like in and out. They lithely have everything at most convenient, the prices are absolutely fair.

Super expensive. Save your money and go to the post office. A basic First Class package that costs $4.90 at the Post Office costs almost double at $8.70. A 4 page fax costs $8.00! Unreal and businesses like this will not last

I would say you may be able to find a better deal at a live scan place elsewhere but they were able to help me out for what I needed done. Make sure the person typing in your information does so correctly.

If I could leave 0 stars I would but unfortunately Yelp doesn't allow for that. Under previous ownership I had 0 issues-- with the new ownership, I have a mailbox here and I have been in absolute disgust with how they handle their business. First off, when new ownership changed I started receiving hostile texts about my mailbox being full; the previous owners knew I had a hard time coming to my mail box and would hold my mail and place packages in lockers when I would call. That's fine if new ownership doesn't do that, but please let current paying customers know. And then, I started to see that they were WRITING ON MY MAIL (every single piece) that didn't have the mailbox # on it. It was so hostile and I understand maybe one or two pieces or reaching out to me to let me know, but every single one of them had hostile messages. Then, after calling and speaking to someone who clearly had a male voice about placing my mail in a locker (since I kept getting hostile texts about my box being full), the male voice said they would place my packages and mail in a locker that I could access after hours. I drive LA to OC to get my mail not once, but twice at night so I could clear my box and both times I had NO MAIL. Just a notice in my box saying my box is full. This person clearly didn't deliver on their promise. After getting hostile texts to come pick up my mail, I call again to talk to who I presume is the owner and her tone was absolutely atrocious. No apologies. Nothing. She even said there was no male worker there and insinuated I was lying... EVEN THOUGH I JUST TALKED TO HIM IN UNDER TWO WEEKS AGO. I texted her a clear SCREENSHOT of my phone call history on which days to show I did call, and she had no rebuttal. She just ignored me. Instead of apologizing, she curtly said she can make a ONE time exception to put my mail in a oversized locker so I can pick it up but it's my fault and took 0 blame for all the missed trips I would take that took place because one of her employees told me he would place my packages in a private box. I told her that's fine and I will be closing my box after 3 years of having my PMB here once I finish the prepaid period. Come this month when my box is about to expire, I get a text from her saying I should be getting a letter from HBPD which I presume is her kicking me out. It's funny because I didn't want to do business here anyway and I was always polite, so I would have been happy to take my business elsewhere had she just said so. If a place of business cannot deliver on their promise, the very least is they can communicate. Every time I called it was a confused employee or the owner who was equally confused, hard to understand, and disgustingly rude. Not sure why someone would open a business if they hate dealing with customers so much-- but that's beyond me. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

New owners have the customer skills of a trained guard dog. Walking through the door, one can feel the tension and unwelcomeness in the air. Under the old ownership going in to do business was a joy, now it's regret and the anticipation of how horribly you will be talked to and treated is very stressful. Of course some employees are slightly better then others but the worst of them refuse to even talk, they refuse to greet customers with 'Hello' there is a women in her late 50's working there she seems to believe she's running a prison and the customers are her prisoners who she takes joy in abusing. She wears her distain for customers openly. I'm not sure why these new owners purchased this mail store if they hate dealing with the public so much. I've spoken to many other customers after exiting the store and they all feel the same. We all miss the old owners.

New ownership - definitely an improvement. Offered assistance immediately, very polite and actually offers service with a smile. Supplies are reasonably priced. Goodbye Post Office!

I had to mail something out of the country for the first time and came here because I was told to mail it DHL and they were listed on the website. The young woman that helped me was so kind and patient. She waited for me to call my friend...not once but twice... to verify how to write the address on the package, given again it is not a US address and different. I came there initially to mail it DHL but she also gave me the different options and costs from different carriers to make the cost a little more bearable. I will absolutely be using them from here on out. Can't believe they don't have 5 stars from everyone!

I love this mail stop because it's in a great location! They're in the same shopping center as smart and final. The best part is they have "tap to pay" which is convenient for someone like me that always misplaces things!

I have been using A1-Mail for over 6 years now and I have always been more than happy with their service. I use their mailbox service because it's an actual mailing address and not a PO Box. They send a payment text a month prior to my yearly renewal which is great because it's something one can easily forget. If it's just to pick up my mail, ship out a package, or return an Amazon purchase, I get the the same friendly treatment everytime. I highly recommend them for all your mailing needs. TNN, LLC
