Great value great customer service-we needed a mattress for a family member going into an assisted living apartment. We got a great mattress at a great price and the delivery went off without a hitch exactly as promised. Great experience, highly recommend.

Called them up and they said come on down! Great selection of options to actually try in store. Did not try to oversell me on anything! I was direct with what i was looking for and got shown exactly what I wanted! Would come back again!

The service was some of the best I've ever experienced. Gregory was extremely knowledgeable and understanding of our needs. Very concise with the specs and perks of each bed, he making our decision making very easy. The store is very clean and we were provided with a protective barrier to make trying the beds feel very comfortable. Overall great experience and would recommend to others!

I came here after seeing a couple options at Bob's. As soon as i walked thru the door i met Gregory. He was great! Super helpful, friendly, didn't ask about my budget, and gave me some true knowledge on how beds are made. Mind you i came in looking for an "old school mattress". I was just done with memory foam! He ran me through a couple options, and i was ready to pull the trigger, but he wouldn't let me do it. He told me bring your wife, and see what she thinks lol. So the next day we came back, and picked out a great mattress. We did have a couple issues with delivery, but Gregory was on top of everything. He made sure the second delivery was perfect! Even through in a set of sheets. I mean king size beds are special order so i appreciate him and HB Mattress for jumping through hoops for me. Great price, and friendly service, i am definitely going to buy my kids beds from here in the future. Thank you you guys. You guys are great

My wife and I bought a mattress from Gregory at HB Mattress and had a great experience. He was very knowledgable and helpful while we made our selection, and he never tried to upsell us. We got a great deal on a high end mattress and it was delivered to our house less than 24 hours after we bought it. Again, great experience.

Came here to support local and because of all the 5 star reviews. Gregory truly went above and beyond and took his time to make sure I got a mattress that I truly love. I'd recommend anyone in the HB area to come here for your mattress needs. He didn't pressure me at all, kept my budget in mind and was so knowledgeable!

Gregory helped me find the perfect mattress! He was a breath of fresh air and didn't pressure me into any mattress or the one I was interested in. He allowed me to take my time and gave me a great deal! I appreciate his patience, how nice he was and very informative! If you are looking for furniture or a mattress, I would recommend them 100%!

Just moved to the area and was looking for a good mattress for our new home. After browsing multiple stores in the area, we went back here. Gregory was very helpful in making sure we tried out multiple options and explained the pros and cons of each. Highly recommend this place. Just explain what you want and need, and your budget, and he will find the prefect bed for you.

We had a great experience buying a new mattress at HB Mattress. Gregory was incredibly helpful with helping us find one that met all of our needs and price range. For context, we’ve been sleeping on a purple mattress for the last couple of years but really didn’t like the feel of it. Price of HB Mattress was competitive and we had the benefit of getting to actually try them first, while also knowing we’re supporting local businesses and Gregory included some extra perks that online options wouldn’t. Thanks to the whole team at HB Mattress!

Just purchased a queen top mattress for my adjustable bed that didn't last as advertised. Gregg was very knowledgeable and guided my wife and I into purchasing a firm mattress that we both thought was reasonable and what we were looking for.
