I paid extra to be treated like I was not important enough to do a good job. I asked for rounded nails and got square. My pedicure ended up having jagged skin that I had to take care of when I went home. My feet were not scrubbed or my heels smooth. And for this I was upcharged too. My mom has Parkinson’s and has pain, because I could not communicate with any of the 4 women helping us I could not get them to understand to be more gentle and careful. I am not going back, ever and have disputed the charge…obviously.

this is my favorite nail salon and i’ll definitely be back!! they gave me a free drink and my nails were perfect!! the nail artist was very kind and did a great job. 100% recommend

I've tried twice this with this place, and I will never go back. The first time, the girl looked young and new so I thought maybe it wasn't her fault. The second time, they didn't bring me the gel nail card until I asked, they didn't give me the card to see which treatment I wanted so I had to ask for that too, someone else was offered water. I was offered nothing, and my 10 minute massage was 1 minute long. They don't even deserve one star.

This is what I got two days ago, Nov 2th. My cuticles is not clean looks and Gel nail is unevenly done. ( at least did strong coat ) I been looking for decent job nail salons since I moved from Las vegas and even this time went little far from my house because around my house nail salons did disapointed job. I have been stop by couple nail salons and most of please is like this. Where can I find better job than this around Costa Mesa CA area? I do cash tips 15 dollars for manicure and 10 dollar for just clean up my feets even work is not sacrificed.

Nails came out as requested. Kevin took his time to get the right nail shape that I wanted, and it's super clean. Jazmine did my pedicure (no photos), and it also came out great. She cleaned the sides, and the massage included with my pedicure was just the right amount of pressure. 10/10 ill come back here again when I visit here again.

This place has lost my business based upon my visit today.While my sister in law and I arrived at 4/430 (while we made an appointment and specified what services we needed - nails and waxing) my experience was extremely disappointing. Not only did I have to explain to my nail stylist what service I needed like 10 times, at the end of my visit - she explains to me that the waxing specialist had left for the day. I asked her, why didn't you tell me this at 4/430 or have my waxing be first priority. She laughed at me. In addition, you could hear chatter among all the nail stylists that was mocking me and they were stating, "it's been a long time". We'll yes, it has been a long time since my eyebrows had been waxed, which was the purpose of my visit.Aside from the owner, Nicole, most of the staff needs to be retrained in customer service.

I just wanted to say that Nicole is the BEST! My daughter gets her nails done there and always does an amazing job! She is so detail oriented and her work is pristine! My daughter adores her and only wants her to do her nails. She has a lifelong customer!

Would give 0 stars if i could. Incredibly rude staff. I came in for a pedicure and she charged me $30 + $15 for gel which states that the normal pedicure involves a 5 minute massage. she rubbed my feet for maybe 30 seconds. I had a cut/ chafing on my leg from the doc martens i wear to work and the staff had to talk about it with eachother continuously and laugh and make comments while visibly looking at my leg. I will never return. Especially when i only came here bc my normal salon was busy and others were closed because it was Sunday. incredibly overpriced and terrible service staff. EDIT- to the owners response, that's just a. photo bc it won't let me post the video. If you saw then you would agree.
