Had a wonderful facial with Christine! I fell asleep and was snoring! Very relaxing and left glowing!

If you can say yes to the lavender, scalp and foot add on. My massage was amazing, and I didn't want to leave.

Nice front desk people, they are very easy to talk with and are patient with you. The masseurs are really good and asking the right questions to help you. The whole staff are nice. Definitely a must to have a membership.

Worst massage I have ever had. No technique. Pressure was not consistent. When asked to be consistent I can feel the anger in my body. When I thought it was consistent I got asked if I wanted to stop the massage as if she was unhappy and bothered in giving the massage. Bad attitude and insecure of her self. Not good! I am ready to cry and feel more stressed now.

I had a bad experience at Hand & Stone for the first time. I have had a monthly membership that charges my card every month and results in a credit that I can then book a massage with. I went in for my massage the other day using a credit I paid for multiple weeks ago. Sometime after I booked my appointment but before that actual day of my massage, my membership was set to bill my card on file and earn me an additional credit for a future use. However the card I had on file had since expired. Unfortunately for me, I never received my replacement card and have ordered several replacements since then. This means, for Hand & Stone, that my card on file wasn’t able to be billed. When I checked in for my appointment, I was told I wouldn’t be able to get the massage (from a credit ALREADY paid for weeks ago) as my account was suspended due to the card on file being expired. I explained I am still waiting on the replacement credit card and will update my account once received. I confirmed that I was trying to use a credit paid for weeks ago for this particular massage. I was told it didn’t matter as the card on file was trying to bill to generate a new credit, I wouldn’t be able to use my existing credit until a new card was added since it had suspended my account.I was extremely embarrassed in a lobby full of people, in a quiet building, as it was being implied that I couldn’t or wouldn’t pay… keeping in mind I had ALREADY paid for my credit for the massage that I was using that day. Simply because I didn’t want a different card on file other than the one that had expired that I’m waiting on a replacement.I have been a member for probably 10 months until this point, but was extremely disappointed in the whole situation. The massage therapist I see is beyond fantastic. The staff has always been great. This seems like some sort of a systematic limitation by their software to not allow the employee to honor an appointment booked and paid for WEEKS ago until a card on file was updated… keeping in mind if I had booked my appointment and used it soon after I paid for the credit several weeks ago, this wouldn’t have been an issue. So it’s solely due tot the timing of my card on file having expired & suspending my account.Very disappointed in Hand & Stone and am sorry to say they lost me as a customer.

The staffs were friendly, the facility was clean, and I did enjoy visiting them, but I had mixed experience here during my visit (for many years).I had a couple of masseuses who I liked a lot, but they all ended up leaving and I had to find another one. I had one young masseur twice during one of those transitional period, but his verbal microaggression during those sessions was humiliating and insulting (that he never had a client this stiff like me and he grumbled throughout the session) and I switched to a different masseuse right away. I don’t understand what made him think that kind of behavior was acceptable to anyone. I do regret not talking to the manager then, but I didn’t want to make a scene. Finally, one lady who I stayed with the longest eventually left, but later I received a mail with her own new business information, and she disclosed that she found my contact from the Hand and Stone’s database while she was still working there, and asked me not to inform the business, which makes me concern about how they treat customer information and privacy, and that was the reason I decided to cancel my membership.

I loved the dermabrasion facial. I just wish returning was not so costly. In order to get the dermabrasion you have to pay for a regular facial at 79.0 then add an additional 100.0 plus and then a tip. I walked out with a bill of over 200.00

They ask for cc number to secure appointment and they keep changing after you leave even though you payed cash. Be aware and go elsewhere.

Just had my first couples massage done by Erika and Vicki. I 10/10 recommend them both! Erika found all my major stress points and even ones I didn't even know I had! We loved the service that was provided here! Definitely stop in and request one of them!

Mitch is the best! Seriously gets every knot out, knows how and where to put pressure and is strong which I like during massages since my shoulders are so tight.

I scheduled a facial, and Christina was so very kind and gentle. She made recommendations based on my skin type and thoroughly explained them. The atmosphere was very relaxing. For my first visit, it was great, but I do not like the membership aspect of it.

UPDATE: Following this post, management reached out. After going over some details surrounding my experience she was very apologetic and got me booked for a massage with one of their best. It was a great experience (especially compared to before) but I am shocked that after all of that I ran into that therapist again. They truly should not be working at a day spa. If my experience with the first therapist didn't happen I'd give them a solid 4.*********I wish I wasn't writing this review, but after sending feedback of my experience directly to the store and requesting to be contacted about it with no response for over a week I feel like I need to share my story. The therapist I had, while friendly, used leftover products (openly shared) She did not let there be more than 2 minutes of silence when I kept implying I was there for my first night out post partum and really wanted to relax and unwind. The talking wasn't truly the issue, however, it was the topics of conversation. Things that are intimate and personal about her, her family and her habits. She also pushed for information about how much therapists get paid on Zeel (she asked and I told her that's usually how I get my massages, but wanted to get out of the house), she asked about personal details surrounding my birth story and very intimate details about how I am now (nothing that is a need to know for a massage), she complained about the used products she used on me and the smell of the eucalyptus and how it made the room smell like an obnoxious forest.I was happy to provide this feedback to the business when requested and asked for them to contact me so I could go into further detail and handle it privately but never heard back, which is why I am now posting this. The business's lack of care surrounding this horrid experience needs to be highlighted. I should not have to hear about someone's sex life (and their parents) (completely unprompted, I assure you) when I go in for a massage and have a business not care that it happened. While I did tip 20% (family in the service industry and its the holidays) I regret every penny I spend at this "spa". I do not want to use her name, they know who she is. I would probably just avoid this place all together.0 stars.

I really like this place. The staff is always friendly and and professional. The atmosphere is clean and relaxing. they have water available in the lounging area. I have a few favorite ladies that really give a wonderful massage but I'm sure there are more.

I've always had a great massage when I visit. I've done a few couples massage days with me wife here and they make the experience enjoyable. Having a membership is a great option and they offer transferable massages so you can gift them.
