Cold hard cash not good enough for GT collision.Brought in my bmw 5 series for a door replacement and some new seals. The trunk seal that I requested be replaced was just dropped into the space it belongs. No glue, no actual fit, just laid in there. So now my trunk leaks and fills with water. After pulling the loose seal out I found some little rust spots where water is allowed in, that GT didn't bother even asking if i wanted fixed. ( of course I wanted that fixed)The fresh paint on the door seems done well, but we will see in time. They were provided with a new door check for my driver door but did not install it because it "doesn't fit" so now my driver door swings open wildly (i tied it with shoe lace for the time being let's hope it holds up). GT did not attempt to contact me and tell me this so while the door was apart I would have liked to have the right check installed.Meanwhile they didn't bother transferring over my tinted window from the original door and just threw the old one in the trash despite saving some other mechanical parts i requested. Now one of the windows does not match the rest, not the biggest deal but for the purist this is unacceptable. I needed new tint in front anyway but still I must get MORE work done as well as finishing the door because i can no longer use the key to lock my car from the driver door ( very inconvenient). I would ask them to redo it but they also got overspray on part of the dash board inside the car. Do they not mask the area properly? Or recognize a mistake and fix it? I guess not.I have locked my keys in twice because of the lock issue now. (Thanks AAA) Not only that but the door trim its now loose as if not installed completely, despite providing them with the interior plastic anchors. This took two whole weeks to complete so obviously they were juggling my car along with many others, so i was left with no transportation. They did other work that turned out just fine such as putting new window seal on my passenger door. So what happened on the driver door i have no idea. I'm left needing to get my car fixed again but i will not hire a collision place. Next time i will be taking my car to a restoration expert because it's obvious this place doesn't know what they are doing. After handing over 2200 in cash i was rushed out the door with no time to go over my car and tell them whether I was satisfied with their work before they closed. Some things i didn't discover until later. I called asking about my original door. No call back. I felt as if they didn't care and would screw me over again. Not taking it back to this for body work or otherwise.

I had work done to my car at GT Collision approximately 2 or 3 years ago, which included repairing scratches along the left side of my car, dents on the top of my trunk, and curb rash on one of my wheels. Initially, the results were impressive, and my car looked great. However, issues arose later, specifically with the trunk paint. When the trunk started flaking, GT Collision attributed it to bird poop, despite similar exposure on other car parts without issues. The thinness of the paint became apparent but I left the situation alone considering I would be replacing my trunk at a future time anyway.I returned for a second service earlier this year. The experience was regrettable. The repair of a dent on the front passenger door resulted in unprofessional and messy work. Numerous aspects, from misaligned fender vent to poorly applied tape on the window trim, revealed a lack of attention to detail.John, while sympathetic, caused inconvenience by setting and changing ready dates, leaving me stranded at work various times. They accommodated me with a rental on the last day out of the three/four days. Attempts to make amends, such as repairing a scratch/dent on my hood, fell short. Finally getting my car back a second time, the window trim tape had bubbles along the edge. They covered the scratch on the hood but the dent was still visible. Lastly, they scratched the front bumper when reinstalling the license plate. Due to the license plate being incorrectly installed, it continued to cause further damage. An attempt to correct this myself, I discovered that my license plate mount was missing necessary hardware.Overall, the decline in quality after new ownership is evident, and I strongly advise against choosing GT Collision. My experience, marked by prolonged delays, poor workmanship, and repeated issues, has been exceptionally unsatisfactory. I hope other can avoid the frustration I endured.

I highly recommend this place to any Tesla owner if you ever need them to perform any service to your cars.My car is 2023 Tesla Model Y Long Range, was brand new, only 2 months old when it got into a terrible accident which damaged badly to the right side of it. 2 doors are totally lost, bumper, the fence , the wheels, etc… My heart was completely broken. But fortunately, the guy that hit my car did not run away. He admitted that was his fault at the scene. Less headaches for that arguing part. ?However, when I tried to contact Tesla to request a service, they said it might take couple months for repairing. Luckily, friend of my friend’s friend ? recommended me to GT Collision Center. I searched this place up online and found out it’s certified by Tesla, so I just went ahead and placed my trust in them. After about 1 month and 1 week, I got my baby car back. If there was no minor issue in communicating between the Center and the Insurance Company at the beginning, the car would have been completely fixed within 3 weeks, I believe so. Anyway, everything was good after all. The car is now in excellent condition like before. Many thanks to Mr. Jack, Ms. Crystal , Mr. John and all crew members for your professional work to bring my car back to life quickly.May God bless you and your families as always! From: Hoa Vu

Great experience with GT, John, Jack and the entire staff were fantastic. From the time I dropped my car off after an accident, to the time I picked it up, I was informed and they took care of everything. Beautiful work - Thank youServices: Painting

They were super professional and my repair is perfect. They dealt with the insurance company and made it easy for me. Done when they said it would be.

GT Collision thank you for the work you did on my Ford Fusion. Jack and John were great and professional in their services. The process was simple and smooth, I brought in the car and given a time of approximately 10 days for the repair to be done once they received the parts. My Fusion was ready in 8 days, car looks perfect as if it was never in an accident. I would definitely recommend anyone and everyone to take their vehicles to GT Collision.

***STAY AWAY***Long story, was told would take two weeks and it took 11 and car returned making wobbling noise and vibration. They will blame Tesla for delay, but they were doing nothing but watching as delivery date for parts kept moving back. I emailed Tesla over and over and they kept telling me to check back with GT. I begged them to please check into with moving ETA and Tesla found the shipment had been lost. 1 week later they had the parts and it was installed. I pick up my car and accelerate to hear a wobbling noise with vibration. I call back to GT who want me to bring car back but I would and no one should trust there car to them. I’m bringing my car to Tesla and hopefully they can finally fix it.

Had our jeep repaired there. It took six months to get it back but it looks brand new. Crystal was amazing and so was the owner John.

These folks are great. I appreciate and support local business. I've been there twice. Once for an accident repair and once because I just couldn't figure out how to swap out a simple light enclosure. These folks are extremely competent, thoughtful, diligent, and friendly. Highly recommend.

Had to come here because of Geico for a photo car estimate. Apparently they lost and/or didn’t submit the car photos to Geico? They haven’t responded to phone call or voicemail. Geico also let me know they they aren’t responding on their end either. They’re prolonging the process and wasted my time.

My car was in the shop for 15 days for front end damage. When my car was ready, I went to pick it up and it didn't start. It took me 3 tries to get my car running. I didn't notice my taillights/brake light weren't working until it got dark. I brought it back to the shop the next day. They claimed they never touched my taillights, but telling its aftermarket. They're OEM. I brought my car in good running conditions. I'm sure they can check their cameras. I ended up having to fix it myself replacing the entire assembles. My hood paint was peeling at the latch. There's paint bubbles on the front bumper. My front lip fell off as I was driving. My left side deflector weren't properly installed, it was dangling off. Also, my house key that's attached to my car key was bent.
