My hairdresser picked out the gray hairs near my hairline and cut them individually, down to the scalp, before I realized what she was doing. I asked her to stop. I now have to grow out these wiry hairs (again!) to match the rest of my hair. Why? I have no clue.

Haircut...waited 45 minutes left after my hairdresser came out today hello and bye to her Employees. I asked when she worked, she said she was working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this week . She was in the shop but not on the floor, I left , I will never go back. Adams in Huntingtonbeach. I think they prefer men to senior women. I went to Santa Ana, I got my haircut,but it's a male haircut.

Always great customer service and hair cuts. I also love being able to use the app to put my name on the list so by the time I arrive I’m up on the list to get my haircut. Also staff are great about giving coupons after the haircut. No complaints.

Denied service for my 2 year old boy because he was crying. Kids cry - it is normal. They should put up a board saying no crying baby haircut is done here.
