If you want a Professionally Organized Estate Sale - Victor at Grasons Co. of Beach Cities is the guy to call.Victor and his hard working staff were efficient and "Stylistic with a Flair" to draw in the public.There were long lines to come into our family home the 1st days of the sale (which was fantastic and great advertising) and non stop buyers.All the neighbors felt Grasons was courteous and very respectful!Thank you Victor and Incredible Staff!Patty K.

I am always going to estate sales around my area and I’ve ran into the same women employee several time and the times I have she’s bad the worst attitude unfortunately and it makes me not want to buy from this company. I really wish they had more positive working employees because it sure would be better to shop around without getting dirty looks from the employees

Great to partner with them from begininng to end. Honest, upfront about the process. Clear reasonable contract. Hard working staff. Exceeded expections for total sales. Easy to contact, all issues resolved quickly. Would definately hire again.

Very communicative along the entire process. From consultation on phone to post sale tasks, texting or speaking with Victor was a relief. He provided suggestions in our sorting of what to take, what to sell. When movers had loaded, home items, furniture were jumbled. His effective crew assembled, researched, and displayed in an organized fashion. Brought items downstairs to eliminate a passel of people on the stairs. A few blips happened, but were resolved quickly and very fairly. Also helped secure a debris company to finish the job. Exceeded my expectations for final tallye. This is the 4 estate sale I have had (3 for deceased relatives) I wish I had know of him on the first one. I would definately hire him again in a heartbeat.

This is the worst estate sale company ever! I use to go to all of their events to find fun treasures but over the years I think they've gotten greedy and bitter. The last sale I sent to was in Huntington Harbor before Covid. I forgot to post it until this morning looking at estate sales I could go to this weekend.They had 10 minutes until closing and I found this great clown vintage painting I wanted for a gift. I asked this man working at the table if he could give me a deal on it? He went off on me screaming and yelling!! I was so embarrassed and humiliated!! Then proceeded to try to get other shoppers to back him up. How horrible to have an abusive crazy lunatic working to service people. Dude take a chill pill. I will never come to another one of Grasons Estate Sales ever again. Ladies be careful don't ask for a deal or you might be abused! Shame on them this is customer service! I'm so glad others have shared the same concern. These good reviews are probably from your employees.

Truly some of the nicest people who work for this Grasons Beach Cities chapter of this company. Always helpful and very communicative and willing to talk with you and assist where needed. I really love shopping g their sales and talking to their employees. Highly recommend on the shopping end of Estate Sales!

Unfair business practices. Beware of estate sale companies which have a "sign up" list. Like this one: Side deals go on with people they've established customer relationships. . For instance this morning . I arrived early and no one was in line: then at 7am when said sign up list appears, there are more than 12 people already on said list and those people arrive exactly at 7 am even after I arrived at 6. Then "Wendy and Robin" call the names of the people on the list she was carrying and place it down for those not on the list to sign up. There is also some ritual where people arrive hours early and place a box on the ground with their name on it. So those with side deals get on the said list, then those boxes with names in them and last those of use who follow the rules and arrive early to stand in line. Worse yet, one of the "favored preferred regulars " had a side deal conversation about an item. They were told by Robin "I put it aside for you and it is located ...". So all you have to do is run in and go here. Unfair to those who follow the rules, So if you volunteered to put up a tent or put up signs you're a preferred customer and get in before everyone else who follow the rules.

Stephanie was very quick and efficient and helping my client clear out a home in time to and get it on the market according to the sellers timelines. She communicated well with me and was very courteous. It’s amazing to see the difference between a full house and an empty house. Value of the home was immediately driven up because of this!

This team are absolute stars in my book. As a reseller, it's hard to find companies that are fair when it comes to pricing. I've gone to two of their sales. One where I bought a bunch of vintage video games and recently when I purchased over 30 golf clubs! They always find a middle ground to ensure buyers get good deals while still looking out for their clients! I Highly recommend! John

I had a great experience with Grasons! Victor, Matt and Oscar were so friendly and super helpful. Matt and Oscar spent time helping disassemble a very stubborn massive umbrella so we could move it. Couldn't have loaded all my goodies without them! Would highly recommend Victor and his wonderful crew!!

I attended their sale in Hemet, CA today (8/28/20). Their prices were very reasonable. The crew was amazing. Every time I found something I wanted to buy, they were there to take it to the holding table. When I was finished with my purchases, they helped bring everything to my car. They were so friendly and courteous. It was definitely a pleasure doing business with them. I look forward to attending more of their sales.Juliene C
