Very easy to make donations. Staff is friendly. The store is remarkably well organized when I walked in and I was immediately greeted. The sections were clean. Everything was beautiful on display. When we went to make a donation outback, the staff member was very helpful. Had everything set up I made sure that we didn’t stress our backs or anything

Prices have become just stupid. Staff is friendly but all the good items get sent to a distribution center for online sales. Sexist practices too of marking women's clothes higher than men's.

Very poor customer service at this Goodwill. The donation experience was awful. I have donated to many other Goodwills that provided a quick and easy process, but this was not one of them. I attempted to donate on two separate occasions and was turned away both times. The first time they claimed that the donation center was closing soon so they could not take my items. I was told that if I came before six they would take both items. I then came before six and was turned away again because there was only one person working. Neither excuse made any sense. The Savers down the road was quick and easy. Definitely recommend going there instead.

I used to love this store but today after taking my kids to the beach I wanted to take a quick stop at this store well I found out they are not kid friendly, my kids were picking a toy that we bought but the lady just saw kids on the kids section and told them to go with your mom in a mean voice, when I confronted her she washed her hands and her coworkers joined her, ridiculous and my kids felt attacked, intimidated, really rude she was will never go back. Just bought the toys they wanted because my kids really wanted them.

Dear Goodwill, if I spend enough money to need a shopping cart what it the point of having it if it only works in the store. Wheels lock at the door, great now I have to carry everything I bought by hand. All while staff just stares at you. The place was so disorganized. I have been to Goodwill's all over the state, and this one is terrible. Do better HB. At least in San Diego, you can take the cart out the door to your car.

Manager Fabiola or something like that was very rude or and cut me off when I was looking at the clothes.

This one is clean, nicely organized. You can find a good assortment in here. Plenty of parking in this center.

Great prices in the home decor section. Much more reasonably priced than a lot of thrift stores these days—including other Goodwills!

Stopped by this goodwill on my way home one night - it’s a really large goodwill with plenty of finds. Electronics, clothes, lots of purses, even brand names. A bigger selection than some I’ve been to in the LA area. They also have daily rage sales. Picked up a nice dress for $11. The employees are friendly, and lots of lot parking. Would definitely stop by again when I’m in the area.

I have been to 49 goodwills, yep true fact. This is my 9th favorite which truly speaks volumes. Not to mention it's the closest one to my house.
