The team at Golden West did an awesome job with our move. They were respectful of our home and our belongings and were helpful with many details that made the day go smoothly. Each team member was eager to please and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them. Great job!

This company is amazing. Chad goes out to see what you want to move, gives you a quote on the spot. The crew were professional, respectful and quick. They picked up and delivered on time and as promised.

We were stuck in a dilemma with my 80-something parents living 500 miles away and needing to move them near family in OC. Everyone at Golden West, Lorenzo, Raphael, Max and the entire crew (both in the office and on site) were superior any movers (and most other companies for that matter) we have encountered.
Being in the Real Estate business, I have seen my share of movers and the quality of the other guys. Golden West Movers are the most professional movers and their people know how to treat their customers like family.
Since my parents have over 6 decades of stuff they have collected, we knew this would be a tough job. Golden West showed up on time (again, 500 miles away) with what ended up being a crew of 6 guys, carefully packing every item. Since the roads in my parent's town are so narrow, Golden West brought 2 trucks, a semi and a bob-tail, to shuttle the boxes and furniture to the big truck. Everyone in the crew was kind, polite and courteous the entire 2 days of packing and loading.
One day later, both trucks arrived at my parent's new home to unload. Again, we had large crew of kind, polite and courteous guys to unload and set up for us. After we unloaded dozens of huge boxes, Golden West Movers sent a truck by the next day, to haul away the trash.
In the end, I have learned there are 2 types of movers: Golden West and all the others. Golden West will be the only moving company I will be recommending from now on. Simply the best.

Superior movers in every way. Courteous, professional and went the extra mile to make sure even antique furniture was handled with care. The individual movers coordinated well with one another so the move progressed without delays or wasted effort. They furnished the right amount of manpower to finish the job on time and within the estimate. Five Star movers and highly recommended.

Five stars is an understatement for these guys! For starters my grandparents are 83 and 77 years old and had been living in our home for 40yrs, JUAN and JUAN, YORK, MAX, and PEDRO came in and IMMEDIATELY starting taking matters into their own hands boxing and packing everything up! The first day the pretty much were able to pack up and clean out EVERYTHING! The second day they came out again and put everything into the trucks! Side note we had SO MUCH extra trash and junk these guys took it out NO QUESTIONS! If there’s anyone you need to move your home it’s 100% these guys!!

This Huntington Beach company is amazingly professional, coordinated and experienced. We relocated from SoCal to South Carolina and it was worry-free, one-stop shopping all the way. Chad was my main contact throughout the process. We made several timing adjustments and finally even decided to put BOTH our cars on the van with the furniture. Very flexible, personalized service. We met Lorenzo and saw the facility when dropping off our cars. The entire packing/loading team is great and Steve, our driver, was terrific. He was in touch with me along his route and even came a day early to get our cars unloaded before the unpackers came. Thumbs up for this company?

Golden West Movers has been the Movers that I have used for at least seven years now. They have yet to let me down. I refer them to many clients with great results and they just recently moved my parents out of their home of 23 years. They are patient, kind, and extremely professional! They really know how to pack things. They also have a service where they will take apart all of your furniture and then when you move into your new place, they will reassemble everything for you. I can’t say enough good things about this company that is family owned and operated. I am so glad to know these people, and have them on speed dial . Thank you, Goldwenwest Movers, you truly are amazing.

If you value your possessions, do NOT use Golden West Moving. Worst experience moving in my life. They don't actually do the work, they sub it out to some other unknown company. They enter your home and begin cataloging your belongings so quickly that you can't keep up. They delivered my possessions to a storage unit in Texas. They crammed my belongings into a storage unit in Texas. When we were ready to unload the storage unit, we realized that half of the belongings were someone else's. Lol. They mysteriously LOST a $10,000 king sized bed and my jewelry box. All of the jewelry that I had collected over the course of my life. That included my engagement ring and rings that were handed down for generations in my family. Irreplaceable items that were the only tangible memories I had from my parents and grandparents. What was their response to this? "Oh, you should have been at the storage unit to personally inventory every item to ensure that it was there." Lol. What a joke this company is. Even though they were 100% responsible and were the only humans that had access to my belongings, these items were gone forever. I will NEVER recommend this company. Anyone that EVER asks me for advice on a moving company, I will steer them clear of Golden West Moving. ANY company would be better. I would have had better luck hiring a bunch of homeless people.

We recently had to use Golden West Moving for a unique move with some out of the ordinary timing. Furniture and furnishings needed to be stored for a few months, which was handled wonderfully. Many odd shaped items that needed to have specialized crates built for them to be stored and ultimately transported several states away. Many locations were involved with picking up these furniture pieces/boxes and storing them for several months. When the move finally took place everything was transported with expert precision and then when they reached their destination, they picked up furniture from there and brought it back here to California. Once again, with many pieces being oversized and needing to be crated. Every single one of the Golden West personnel that I dealt with were kind, courteous and extremely helpful. Chad Scott who is the VP of Sales at Golden West went above and beyond the call of duty to help make this somewhat difficult move happen, even going to a particular location and picking up items in his own vehicle! Each of the movers that came to all of these locations to facilitate this move were the best. Five starts doesn't seem enough to rate this great moving company.
