Where to start.. the owner screams at you al day long. There is a $175 fee to let me know what I told him was wrong with the car. He did absolutely zero on it.
Don't waste your time or money. It's just a place that OVERCHARGES. Do yourself a favor.
Don't come here.

My car was dead on the side of the road. I was able to get a jump to get into the shop and Frank put me to the front of the line to get me a new battery and clean corrosion, had me in and out in 30 minutes. I will be coming back!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS at Francisco’ Automotive!!!! It is a horrible place to get auto help-Total rip off and very rude/Especially the owner…..
They end up causing more problems and overcharge for service :/
There’s plenty other auto shops to go to in HB!!!

Horrible experience!! The owner lies. DO NOT GO THERE!! He is shady and changes the narrative and then claims that “you were not listening.” He charged me $330.00!for what turned out to be only and oil change. He is a bully and will take advantage of you.

My Toyota brakes needed to be replaced i took it to Fransico in he got it done the same day for a very good price I was recommended to him by a family member I could say he is the best shop out there whenever I have a problem I will be going there it’s has now been 3 months in my brakes work as they were brand new !

I came here 6 months ago because Dale from dales frame and alignment was teaching Francisco’s mechanics how to do long travel alignment. It was a complicated job and took some extra time but the work was good.
Since then he has hounded me on the phone reaching out for business so I decided to come in when I needed work done.
What a mistake. He gave me a quote on the phone and then after making time and driving down there he quotes me more than double the price and more than the last job which was significantly more complicated. All I did was ask him about the quote and he got so defensive and rude, saying “everything takes time, this conversation is taking too much time, I have work to do, so you know what? Let’s not do it”
I have never been treated so rudely in my life as a customer, he just lost a lifetime customer and I’m sure he’ll continue to drive away clientele with his terrible business practices and hot/cold attitude.
Save yourself the time, do not come to this shop!

Shady. They replaced my good quality tire several months ago with a very used and worn one that will need to be replaced soon. I called them about it, they never called me back. I’m no longer in the area, so it’s too late. But don’t go here.

Francisco is a modern day saint. I had to be towed from Palm Springs in my 1995 Ford E-350 diesel short bus. I chose Francisco's because my friend Mackie, and her brother, said that they didn’t trust anybody else in the SoCal area to touch their vanlife rigs. After a hellish night, I was dropped off at Francisco's at 4am.
I woke up to Francisco knocking on my door to gauge whether I was homeless or a customer; Little did he know— I am both. He spent the morning diagnosing my vehicle, petting my dog, and even offered up invaluable tips about my van and about the life lessons he learned post draft and marriages.
I’m currently typing this as I snack on a bag of chips I was given, for breakfast, by Francisco. I have never felt more welcomed by a diesel shop. What is usually intimidating and anxiety inducing has been so fun and has left me so grateful.
Francisco’s crew technically housed me, fed me, humored me, and reminded me the importance of maintaining a glass half full mindset. You can tell this crew really values each other.
I truly can’t recommend this shop more.
