Sounds like a great place for shoe repair. Only problem is they are closed on my only days off. We work the same schedule ?

Took my western cowboy boots here because they were snug on the arch of my foot and hard to get on. Picked them up a short time later and they was able to easily put them on! The price was fair and the cobbler was friendly! I took him another pair of boots for the same reason! Highly recommended!

Doug is wonderful! Did a great job of rehab on Louis Vuitton bag. I will be going to him for all leather goods. He also happens to be a nice person :-) Nancy L.

I have gone here for shoe repair several times over the years but after taking a shoe in with a heel cap that had a gap between the heel and the cap to be repaired. I was told I needed a brand new cap on the heal even though the cap was good and that it could not be repaired. I asked why and was not given a reason so finally said ok but then was told I needed to bring the other shoe in for a new cap as well when the other shoe is fine and neither cap has much wear at all or he would not repair. I have benn told this before where one cap fell off and was told the same thing that I have to get both replaced. I have always paid but today I decided just to go somewhere else. I went to Jose's Shoe Repair on Hamilton and walked and and Jose took the shoe and walked back into his repair room and came back with it repaired in like two minutes. He nailed it back closing the gap which was what I thought would of been needed and handed the shoe to me and said no charge. I will not be going back to 5 Points Shoe Repair again. It's bad business to try and rip off customers and tell them need things they don't or something can't be repaired just because you want their $$$$!

I do NOT suggest this place. The owner said he can't guarantee fixing my shoes due to the damages and still attempted to charge more than already quoted price over the phone. The owner was kind of rude and mean. The store is unorganized. I decided to leave without getting a repair. I almost gave up fixing my shoes because of five points owner's evaluation but decided to try another shoes repair shop called " a little cobbler shoes repair " inside of Westminster mall. The owner fixed my shoes less than 30 minutes at Lower price than here.

Came in to get my shoes re-soled.
Talked to the gentleman behind the counter.
He gave me a price. I didn't like it. I checked on the price to replace the shoes...now I like his price. ?

The best lift builders in Orange County. The most attractive build up for those with leg length differential. This small family business is amazing! I highly recommend these talented men to repair your shoes or build a lift to balance your posture.

Do not go to this place. The owner has a couch blocking the entrance to the place, you can barely get in to get an estimate and when he does give you an estimate, it's $75 to repair one sole in about 4 weeks. Outrageously overpriced and definitely not customer friendly.
