I paid $100 for my second package of body wrap sessions and when I went to make my latest appointment, they had gone out of business. Bottom line, I'm out $100.

I have been going here for fourteen years... Always good service and clean beds UNTIL ownership changed (at least that's the rumor). Ever since, EVERY TIME I've gone in there... Undressed and ready to climb into the bed, I see a spot they didn't clean. Not a small spot but big area! Once, the pillow was smeared with makeup... How does that go by unnoticed??? The girl cleaned it but then when I undressed a second time, the bed wouldn't work! Seriously?? She moved me to another room which the fan sucked... Bed was really HOT. I have (now had) a monthly unlimited membership which I was over paying for... Now I'm done, definitely canceling it and finding a new place even if it means driving farther! Oh and forgot mention that it'll be one year since they've changed the bulbs as of October 2014 and when I asked a few weeks ago, they had no plan to change them.

I went in here to get their body wrap! I have to say the receptionist was super nice. The wrap was relaxing and comfortable. I watched a movie while in my wrap. I lost 1 pound. Great experience I will be back.

I LOVE First Class Salon! Their beds are the best! Their customer service is amazing, I had a bad experience at another tanning salon in HB, and the girls at First Class knock it out of the park on customer service, I am impressed!! Thank you!

Went in with a Groupon deal and bought another package on the spot! Girls are extremely sweet and accommodating. Salon is clean and neat very great location with privacy They know what they are talking about and give great advice on the services they have and what might work best for you I will be a regular there!

I bought the detox weightloss bed thing and was super displeased. First of all, the scale they have didn't even work, so how am I supposed to see the results after each session? So I started weighing myself at home, I stuck to their "diet plan" and did the sauna 3 times in one week, I didn't loose a pound. So I asked to speak to the owner for some type of refund for the services I didn't use. The package was expensive and I was expecting results! So I left my number for the owner; but he never called, I called back two more times asking to speak to him and the manager said she would have him call me. I still haven't received a call. Horrible customer service on their part. bottom line...the bed makes you lose water weight and that is it. They don't have a scale or body fat tester to show you results. I have a scale and body fat tester and did not see any results. They could not produce any of results they claimed would happen. And by the way, they say you can Decrease your Body Fat by 5% to 15% and Lose between 2 to 5 Pounds of Body Weight "after just one session!" Bullcrap. Customer service from the owner was horrible. And they do not care if you are unsatisfied, they instead accuse you of doing the diet incorrectly. I would not recommended this place to anyone

I had a couple of unfortunate experiences here. First, their online special of $89 for $39 ONLY applies to their detox sauna bed thing. You assume when you buy a voucher for a tanning saline that it applies to that. Of course, they wouldn't apply it to their tanning sessions. I then explained I was leaving for hawaii the following day for nearly a month. So I purchased the three tanning sessions for $40. Upon returning, I came back to use my two remaining sessions. What I wasn't told is that the sessions expire after only 30 days! Is this bread?! Why does I expire so soon and why wasn't i informed of this? Unfortunately the nice girl who was working wouldn't allow me to use them. She apologized profusely, but could have allowed me to at least use one more session. So ... I paid $40 for one tanning session. I would not recommend this tanning salon.

What an awesome place to go! The customer service was excellent. Her name is Autumn and she is very attentive, and has great customer service skills. Thanks to her, I had the best experience at ANY salon EVER! I highly recommend First Class Salon. Ask for Autumn when you go in, she will not disappoint. She is always happy, sweet, and attentive to your needs. Thanks Autumn for a wonderful experience, I will be back with a lot of friends to have the best experience at First Class Tanning! :) 1 Darn Happy Customer. T.

Love this place...i go here.for the.body wrap and it works wonders. Very friendly atmosphere. The owner is very kind. I met him and he gave me an awesome package deal of 5 sessions for a really cheap price instead of paying each session which is $80..so im saving a lot of money with the package deal :)
