I submitted for my taxes in April and they did everything in a few days.I paid for their service and they reduce the money for my state tax on the same day of course.For my federal taxes I was supposed to have money back that I never did .I called many times I sent many emails they told me it’s IRS problem and they send the money on the account doesn’t exist or something like that.Actually it’s their fault because of course to reduce my money they use my normal account and for me to get my money back from federal taxes they use the account it doesn’t exist for four years. Convenient.I’m trying to reach them in to fix my problem since April , 7 months so far.I’m still nowhere so I’m never gonna see that money even though I paid for their service.Finally today I request a refund back and just for the record here I would not recommend this account company nor Danijela to anyone. Thank you .

Danijela and hee team have preparong our taxes for over 20 years. They are always professional , helpful and trustqorthy. .They have always done a great job on our business tax filings as well.
