September 12,2022I have ordered from Fern’s Nutrition for years and the service was impeccable.On June 27,2022, I stopped at the Gothard location, met the new owner, and ordered Metagenics items totaling $158.60. I have never received the 5 items. I have gone back to the office and have telephoned numerous times without any results. Today, the telephone is not in service.

I ordered last June 14, 2022. I haven't received the products until now. Sent emails, made phone calls everyday but couldn't get to speak with anyone. So disappointed with this company.

I have used Ferns Nutrition in the past with good and prompt customer service. My last order with them has been a disaster. I ordered 3 products the first of February. My credit card was charged for all three products. I received 2 of the products separately over the course of weeks . Most of the time they don't answer the phone, and don't return messages. I am still waiting for 1 of my items which was on backorder but has been available since April 19 according to the parent company. When I do get a live person to answer the phone, they promise me they are expecting the product in a few days time, but I have yet to receive it.
