William Leck was so patient with me through the entire process. He answered all of the questions I had and made me feel comfortable with being able to ask as many questions as I needed to.Fellowship Home Loans is a trustworthy business. I will not hesitate to refer them to my friends and family.

Didn't bother to check the property for any liens before making us jump through hoops and spend $600 for an appraisal. Does not respond to emails. Now rates are high and we can't refinance. Never received the appraisal report.

We thought it would be good to go with these guys. Advertised on CHRISTIAN radio. We prefer to do business with Christian organizations. Apparently this was not a good a idea. They claim they handle their own funding. No so. I started with them for just a simple refinance, no cash out, just wanted to shorten the term and get a better rate. With a credit score of 807, A paper credit, I thought we were golden. Communication was choppy at best, kept changing who to talk to, etc. Guess what they added nearly 12K in fees, and the rate is more than some of my friends are paying on 30 year notes, and after the first payment the loan was sold, and then sold again, and again each time the loan is sold it counts as a new credit inquiry, no one asks and no one communicates a thing. I have no idea where to send my next payment. It has only been 4 months. My credit rating is tanking because of all this activity on the loan. 4 months ago it was 807, today LifeLock is reporting 801 from Experian. CAUTION, do not walk Run AWAY FAST.

After 75 days of processing my refi, I was told that due to my work as an Independent Contractor, Fellowship Home Loans could not provide me with a refinance loan. Why 75 days? I expected a Christian organization to have a level of transparency and integrity. Apparently not.

Jaeden was super easy to work with. He educated me where I needed it and never hesitated to answer any question I had. He worked through a couple special situations and hoops my city made us jump through during the process and he did it with a positive attitude even during the Covid 19 pandemic. I will use him again next time I need to buy or refi!

This is my second refinance with FHL. Daniel Virrueta has been wonderful, informative, and when he went on vacation he had Robert Velarde step in to keep things moving. Robert was also wonderful. I didn't know if FHL could do anything for me the second time around, but Daniel ran numbers and made things happen.
They were able to get my interest rate lower then what it was originally locked into, which was fabulous. They made the process smooth and painless.
I highly recommend FHL and their wonderful staff, they are a blessing.

My experience with Fellowship Home Loans was great! I didn't think that I would qualify to refinance after a bankruptcy. My prayers were answered.
I am so thankful and blessed to have been able to work with Daniel Virrueta. He walked me through the process and explained everything. It is because of God, Daniel, and FHL that I will be able to complete the necessary home improvements and pay off my loans. This has truly been a blessing.
