At this FedEx location they used my tracking number twice just to charge me double money. I only made 1 shipment, and Fedex says there were 2. I spoke to customer service and explained that I paid cash and it was only one shipment and the response was "we use your tracking number from the first shipment for a second shipment with your personal information so you have to pay because your credit card was declined." I never used a credit card. I paid cash! In the end, the actual shipment that I made took a month to arrive when it was supposed to take 5 days and I paid triple the cost of the first shipment due to a FedEx error.

Staff was very friendly and helpful even though they were very busy and my printer jammed three times. Things like that happen, and I appreciated the help I received.

My husband and I were rushing to get some important papers printed and when we went to print them john helped so much our stress levels went down and we got them right before they closed so thank you John and happy new year

Mark A and Mark S at this FedEx location were so helpful. I had to call ahead with a few questions before shipping two gifts (neither of which I had boxes for) and from the phone call to getting my items packed to the actual shipping, they were both kind and helpful. Thank you again!

Who takes the time to write a review of their local FedEx Office? ME! Haha but it's ONLY because of the wonderful Maggie! I had a printing project that I was absolutely DREADING because I had no idea where to begin, but then she helped me complete it easily and perfectly. Her high level of customer service is top notch and makes me feel like I can conquer ANY printing project -- as long as I have Maggie on my side . This visit made me a FedEx fan for life... seriously!
