Terrible service especially from the associate who appeared to be in charge, Ryan who did his best to ignore me instead of offer assistance.
I was sent to fedex with a return from a 3rd party with very short & concise instructions to repackage the item and show fedex a shipping label. I packed the item back in its original box & came in to get it returned. Ryan refused to help unless I purchased a fedex box. He said it needs to be a fedex box not a box the item came in. The email did not specify this. I asked him to help with a used box or package since they have many behind the counter. Asked him to help find a way we can ship this and he said either buy a box or go get one from home. Way too much attitude for an overweight, schlump with a dirty beard. Trim it up & go for a walk bud. I’m sure your company policy says something about both appearance & attitude when dealing with customers.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service here!
I shipped a roll of Super 8 film, and politely requested them to write “FILM - DO NOT X-RAY” on top of the box with a marker. I explained that if my film went through the X-Ray machine, it would be damaged/ruined.
The FedEx worker behind the counter snobbishly told me that “there was no way for him to be able to do that” and “that’s beyond his control”, when other carriers I’ve used in the past for film like USPS have NO problem taking 1 minute to write that on there box. USPS went above and beyond to help me take extra measures to make sure my film was safe…not these guys though! This guy could not have cared less that my film could get ruined. His attitude was extremely unfriendly, and I’m just paying that my film doesn’t get ruined.
Lesson learned: First and last time I will be ever coming here or using FedEx again.

It’s been a hassle to print papers the self machine won’t take cash, the emails seem to be hassle too and the process is taking longer than it needs too. A guy came in for his prints and or package and it said at this location but it’s really stuck in Anaheim. The customer service is great kind and friendly but time consuming at this location personally for me.

The customer service here is atrocious but if you are a frequent user of FedEx and can handle a completely virtual visit, then it’s fine. Anything other than virtual and just be prepared for a long wait or rude associates.

Wanted to laminate a membership card. It was $1.50 and I only had to wait for the machine to heat up. So glad I didn't settle for S*****s and their still-have-to-wait-an-hour 'Express' service.

Last friday I went to ship a huge amount of items I had to return to my office (electronics & promotional materials) and they were phenomenal! They helped me organizing all the items and sorting them into 2 boxes, and their service was absolutely amazing!

The self serve computer is the biggest scam. Pay for $10 worth, have a stupid prompt pop up every minute that eats a few seconds every time, no option to add more time. So if you’re typing something out and you finish say in 7 minutes and you want to make a print. You would think you had plenty of time. NO. Because the credit you have left is not enough to cover the print job you can’t do it. You can’t even add more money. So time runs up, you lose whatever it was you were working on and they get you for another 10-15 bucks. The manager looking guy at this place was like yep… that’s how it works. Customer service really is a thing of the past.

So disappointing and frustrating to work with this location. I use it because it’s close and convenient, but I’ll drive a bit further to the other Huntington Beach location. There were no customers in the store at all and the two employees were vacuuming. I was still two hours until closing so it wasn’t as if I came rushing in two minutes before they close or something like that. They would not help me with a simple print job I had sent in. I had to go home, email it to myself (even though they had it), drive all the way back and print it then myself.

Very friendly, Very helpful! try to get their at odd hours to avoid lines. if you do not need a receipt and you already have a shipping label, it is super fast. If you need a receipt, use their self-serve machine. if unsur how to use the self-serve machine, they will help you if they have time.

This is for the FEDEX on Adams and Beach. I go there frequently and always try to get Ruby. They are all efficient but Ruby is a joy to deal with and very knowledgeable and friendly.

This place is a total waste of time and space. Every interaction I've had with the staff feels like I'm inconveniencing them. They will help you the bare minimum they are required to, and even then seem to take a sick sense of joy in how little they care. I've only ever used them to ship out simple packages, so I can only imagine how much worse things would be with a complex task. I'd honestly rather deal with the DMV, which is sad. Save yourself the trouble and use UPS or Staples instead.

On May 12 2023 I witnessed I believe to be the manager of the day. She was a mid aged tall women possibly named Leslie was being completely unprofessional another customer. I saw a customer ask her a question and heard the lady answer her short and a bit rude and bothered. It looked like she was busy doing something else and was bothered by a customer asking her a question. If this lady's the store manager she shouldn't be in this position if she doesn't know how to serve customers correctly. I stayed away from her after seeing her attitude towards the other customer. Won't be going to this location anytime soon!
