Avoid this place! They will try to upsell you on everything. If you need any packaging or any type of returns that doesn't have a packaging that they feel is within their standard. They wanted to charge me for extra tape. I walked out of there. Poor customer service, rude scammers.

Not exactly what you would like it to be.Stopped in to have my business cards laminated into Luggage Tags.First the clerk tells me they don't do it.I tell her this is a regular thing at Fed Ex Office for years.She says no.She says I can laminate the card and punch a hole in it myself, that they don't have the exact cut outs.I ask her where do I do that.She directs me to the back.I go back there and find the exact cutouts and supplies for the business card luggage tags.I don't see the lamination machine. I go back to the front and ask her where is the lamination machine.She says that a customer broke it, come back tomorrow. I ask her if someone can help me laminate it if I come back when it's fixed? I am not trained to work a lamination machine. She says no one is thats why customers keep breaking it.I will try another Fedup Office location next time.

Had a package that wasn't mine dropped off at my house the other day. Saw a FedEx truck at my neighbors so my fiancé ran out to give it to the driver to take back. The driver said he doesnt do that and my fiancé handed him the package and told him its not ours, take it, and the driver jumped out of his car and the threw it at the nearest house while threatening my fiancé saying things like "catch me after work". Once my finance walked towards him asking about the threat he jumped back in the truck and drove off (never dropped off the package he was there for)This man was completely out of line, unless u alow and train for that then fed ex u are out of line. This man threatened us in front of our home. If any thing happened to my house I'm blaming us FedEx. I might want to look into this driver he has an anger problem, threats people, and throws packages.I know this shop doesn't send out drivers but it's the closest one to where it happened, please send this complaint to where it belongs. We tried calling and got an outsourced answering service who didn't care so we will be in this week to make a complaint in person. Here's a pic of the truck.

Definitely do not recommend this location. I arrived here to pick up an pick up order that was placed a day prior. When I arrived, the door was locked, and the women standing inside would not acknowledge me until I stood there with my hands up, she then gave an index finger from a distance insinuating to wait. Mind you it's now 8:45a and FedEx hours open at 8am. Taking my company business elsewhere.

This is for the FEDEX on Adams and Beach. I go there frequently and always try to get Ruby. They are all efficient but Ruby is a joy to deal with and very knowledgeable and friendly.

On May 12 2023 I witnessed I believe to be the manager of the day. She was a mid aged tall women possibly named Leslie was being completely unprofessional another customer. I saw a customer ask her a question and heard the lady answer her short and a bit rude and bothered. It looked like she was busy doing something else and was bothered by a customer asking her a question. If this lady's the store manager she shouldn't be in this position if she doesn't know how to serve customers correctly. I stayed away from her after seeing her attitude towards the other customer. Won't be going to this location anytime soon!

Easy peasy way to print out documents from a flash drive. At that point in time (Sunday afternoon), all of the printers were available and there was no wait. The black and white documents came out looking good. The price for the 10 pages was $1.94. I paid through ApplePay. Just a note, my ApplePay notifications showed a $10 transaction, but that was a temporary hold, and the $1.94 charge was what posted to my credit card. In terms of customer service here, I really couldn't say as I didn't need to talk to anyone to use the printer. There was one employee helping another customer when I came in, so I wasn't greeted, but had no issue with it as he was busy and didn't see me. I was pleased to get what I needed quickly. There's plenty of parking in a large lot for the many businesses and restaurants in the area.

Always great parking in front, even parking for EV charging stations ( which are not always available). Staff is thorough and helpful. the kinko/copy section is usually not problematic. the supplies are decent but not fully stocked though this is a larger FedEx facility in the area.

Came in for a small lamination protect. Dakota immediately helped me and showed me the laminator and how to correctly use it. I was in and out within a few minutes. What a great friendly experience. Very helpful staff. And very reasonably priced. I highly recommend. Thanks.

I have been to this location about 4 times and always get great service. Today, I wasn't able to tape up my my small box for a retail return. Nick at the store didn't give me a hard time at all & was super nice, helpful, and would take care of it. Left with a receipt for the drop off & really happy with the service. Thank you team on 19674!

I had to ship back a returned item back to Canada. Of course, I had no idea how to do this so there I was. Wandering the FedEx store trying to figure out what was going on. A worker came up to me and asked if I needed help. And she did literally everything for me. She helped with the return invoice and the box and the label and they provided everything for me for FREE! Such a great location and incredible customer service. Thank you to the woman who's name I forgot and I will definitely be coming back here every time I need to ship or print anything. Good job FedEx.

I was really impressed at how helpful the employees were I came because I needed to print up some documents sign them and then scan them and email them I only had a half an hour to do it luckily, Dakota and Ruby were very responsive and were able to solve my problems very quickly as well as guide me through the workstation use, and then scanning and printing in the more efficient manner. The store is very clean has hand sanitizer laid out and everybody it was completely friendly this is a wonderful store.

I gave this place one more chance and I wish I had not. They never seem to be able to work with files- I always bring PDF (one of the most common file types on earth). They take forever- this last time it took over an hour to print two large format sheets. Then they tell me that the "regular" paper for color is different than for B&W. What? That makes no sense, what so ever. I've run several large format printers at my office and never had to switch paper to do color. The time before that we tried to have our wedding save the dates printed. Same stuff, couldn't work with my file, took forever, couldn't print borderless. Why would I go to a printing store if they can't even do what my desk printer does at home. Total rip off. I will never go there again.
