Used to come here to send letters and get passport stuff done, but will not be anymore. I always send small postal letters here internationally to Europe (costing me around 4$ every time). Yet today I came in, and I was told sending the letter would cost at first $70, and then around $28. I told her I've come here before to send letters and it cost me only $4...it's a small envelope that barely weighs more than a piece of paper, I didn't want no fast delivery or anything. She then was gonna out my addresses labeled envelope letter into another set of packaging...like just put the stamp on the envelope itself? The lady seemed very kind about it and was nicely trying to also figure it out with me, but I honestly I don't know if she was wrongly calculating it or if something wasn't working on their system or what. It even took two of them trying to figure it out when all I wanted was the stamp and to mail the letter.Either way, thank god I went next door to the US Post office, as it ended up costing me only $1.45 to send the letter to Europe with the stamp (even cheaper than the $4 i had been spending here before... and the $28 they were asking me for today??).

I have to admit it was a little nerve wracking when they told me to just put my package on the floor and leave it there. Not even in a basket or in any designated spot. They didn't even scan it or anything. Hypothetically they or anybody else coming through the store could have stolen it, and I'd have no proof that I ever dropped it off in the first place. But it all worked out in the end, so I guess I'm happy.

FedEx unfortunately does not have stand alone drop off centers.This location had 4 people in person watching us deliver large, heavy online returns. Could not be less helpful of unfriendly.

The owner Jim is a rude snob. I was charged $42 for a box and bubble wrap. NOT INCLUDING SHIPPING!! I needed a box for a special painting. He had me leave it as he said he had to make the box. I returned 24 hours later only to see my painting UNWRAPPED, UNBOXED and sitting on the floor in the MAIN part of the store. He didn't remember me. I attempted to re-tell him how important it was that I box this painting properly and get it to my brother. When I returned at 4:30 this afternoon the box is ready to go and I was charged $42. I find this to be extremely ridiculous as I have had many boxes made there in the past and none were sent elsewhere to be made. I feel that he absolutely forgot about me but then somehow made it my fault. I will never use them again! And I will definitely be spreading the word! Jim needs some people skills! Not the first time he's been rude.

This business has the absolute best customer service in HB period! Jim went above and beyond to help me produce an event program for our school. I will NEVER go anywhere else for any mail or printing needs!!! Thank you Jim and the entire Aim team!!!

Friendly staff with fair prices. I have successfully dropped off Amazon returns, shipped packages, made copies and utilized their notary services. Each and every time I have been greeted, welcomed and treated like a customer they want back. They have even remembered me, something I am always surprised by when you consider how many people they see everyday. Great family owned business with a heart for the local community.

Came in one afternoon to send out a USPS package, as I've done many times before. The girl told me they don't take USPS packages. I was confused and asked her since when? She responded "uh since forever." I looked at her and said well that's odd because I've been bringing usps packages her for about 10 years and this is the first time I've heard this. It made me really uncomfortable. I use AIM because it's SO much easier than stopping into the post office next door and waiting forever. They shouldn't have USPS advertised on their building if they are not taking the packages anymore..

I believe this place is racist. I'm Asian and came to do a UPS return for Amazon and he asked to look at my QR code and said they don't have the ability to scan that and to go across the street. Why would you not have the basic bare minimum to do a return to amazon which is a service you offer? He has a sign that says they take USPS and told my boyfriend they don't take it now because it's so close to USPS and they are trying to negotiate. (Which we saw a USPS truck right outside his store when we pulled up) Horrible man who I just now read other reviews and have had the same racist experience!!!! Sad ..DO NOT SUPPORT This business.I will report to the BBB!
