My Sister is too nice to leave a bad review but I will. My mother sister and niece stayed here last night. Worst experience they have ever had had. She had travelled around the world including Africa and. Central America. She said this is the most scared she has ever been staying in a hotel. Worse than a third world country. Had strange people knocking on there door late at night and someone trying to open their door with a key card at 3:30 in the morning. My sister booked another hotel at 4 am here HB while locked in her extended stay room bathroom. Please don't stay at this place!. Extended Stay, get your sh*t together and clean up your mess. I'm glad my family is safe and still alive. They will be staying in an alternate Clean Safe hotel tonight in Huntington Beach.

NOT a good experience for me. I'm sure there are worse places to stay BUT this one is pretty sketchy. Front desk staff rude, multiple room keys quite working each day, window covering looked like it had bullet holes in it, refrigerator had rust all over it and it looked like blood splatter from someone getting shot, furniture falling apart, linen stained, noisy neighbors, guests parking bikes in hallway, sketchy neighborhood. Won't be using again. Only booked there because it was closer to event I was at. I experienced dozens of flea bites on my legs in the room. The staff immediately arranged another room but compensation by manager was nothing, just several free laundry.Room was smelly, not cleanly.

this was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. The place smelled so bad the entire time. The key cards only worked half the time. Our room was filth, dog hairs everywhere, chewed up furniture! light fixtures chewed up. Room smelled like crap. We bought disinfectant, room spray, NOTHING helped. Staff very rude and not helpful at all. I guess you get what you pay for but this wasn't even that. Also web site said nothing about paying 50 dollars a day each day for my little dachshund. Total rip off, We would have left if there was refunds. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS DUMP. Also the smell of weed, meth and other drugs. Doors slamming all hours, loud voices. The breakfast was coffee and instant oatmeal. Omg it was a nightmare!!! It made me add a star rating or else I wouldn't have!

Rooms and amenities here are really decent at affordable prices. Quiet, for the most part, and very clean. .What makes this a location worth staying at though is the exceptional staff. They're all very friendly, accomidating, and great at doing all that they do.

I can't give minus reviews because Google doesn't let me. Run away from this place! Tons of tweakers and homeless in there. I paid for 4 days to stay there and checked in for a min and saw the disgusting bath tub and the sheets are yellow not white as they post it . The manager said all the rooms were the same . I couldn't have the mother of my children stay there . It didn't feel safe at all. The furniture was all chewed up and the room hadn't been dusted In a very long time. I checked out and got a room at the convention center so I paid way more . Now extended America doesn't want to refund my money. Because Christina says I stayed there and she wasn't even working there . Beware of their scams . You will regret staying thereNoteworthy details: Never stay here. Don't book it. You will never get your money back for this dump

I want to take this unique opportunity to talk about Extended Stay America ,located in Huntington Beach. It is such a Beautiful Location with Lots of trees and flowers and Huge Palm Trees it really creates a fairy tail atmosphere when you enter the parking lot and at the same is a California Vibe and the Best Fresh Air and Ocean Mist.The Place is super clean and it smells like a Luxury Hotel always . The Rooms are spacious and the linen and towels are super white and most of the time brand new. There are Tall French Windows in each and every room and the views for the upper floor are nothing short of spectacular especially at night when the lights are on and together with the Palm Trees they dominate the Sky line and create and recreate every night the same laid back , vacation atmosphere even if I have to go to work in a busy Anahaiem Hospital I am still fully enjoying the Beauty of this Hotels kviews.And everyone that Works here are always going out of their way for their Clients/ Patrons. They are friendly and helpful and they make every experience a wonderful , unique one filled with Joy and dedication. They are happy to be part of this wonderful Establishment and they show it each and every time .And finally each and every Morning at 6 am they offer Breakfast and that is so nice . Products are fresh , chosen care and everything is placed the correct way in such way that everyone that visits this place gets to fully enjoy it .And finally the hot water is really at the Correct Temperature as per California regulations which is so great to know that they thought about everything in a greater detail including the heath and well being of the Hotel Customers.It is by far the best experience I ever had and probably ever will for the reasonable prices they offer and Pets can live here for free and they really are living in Perfect Harmony here in this Wonderful Place in Huntington Beach , California .Why wouldn’t anyone Extend Their Stay ?And truly I believe that they do , and they also come back here to this one and only Genuine Place where they blend in with the earthly colors of the Hotel Rooms the Greenery Outside and the Night Sky Line .Thank you so much for all the wonderful days and months I am so happy that is chose this Huntington Beach Location .!!!Rooms: Very clean and tidy , bed linen bright and white ,overall a invitation to stay and why not extend your stay .

Stayed one night. The workers are nice enough, but the hotel is unbelievably dirty. Inside and out. I can’t believe extended stay let’s one of their properties get like that. The location is good and relatively quiet. Location is safe, as for the guest I can say the same.

Black mold through out. Nobody on duty after 11:00p.m until 6:00a.m. They lock you in to the motel. Breakfast is weak coffee and stale muffins. But the cleaning staff is amazing.

It's a great place to stop by and stay for a night or two for your road trip. We visited from Vegas and decided to stay 2 nights here. We arrived pretty late due to my work schedule & was informed that the latest check in time will be 12AM. Fortunately we made it, check in process was easy. The room we had was spacious, came with kitchen and there were amenities offered. However, flooring and counter tops look worn out and still sticky from previous use. We don't really use the kitchen anyways so it didn't bother us much. The bed and bedding's were comfy, room can gets super cold. The area was kind of shady, however it wasn't too bad at all. The hallway from the side door was quite smelly, kind of a turn-off when walking in. Overall, nothing to complain about here!

The rooms were a bit run down, which was surprising since they underwent a 2 year-long renovation about 4 years ago. The property isn't very conveniently located, but the worst part about this hotel is their staff period. They are not helpful, rude to the point of being disrespectful, and this is no place I would give my business to again.Rooms: Dingy & dirty looking. Just run down & if a room had emotions, this one was sad.Nearby activities: Nothing. Not a thing. Not convenient to anything.Safety: Parking lot dimly lit unless you're directly in front of the entrance. There are no sidewalks not that there's anything within walking distance. My room door rattled like someone was trying to open the door every few mins but it was just the electrical room next door. Just a sketchy night.Walkability: A total joke.

I have stayed her for 2 month. I stayed in King bed room with nice wooden floor and small kitchen to stay and house-keeping comes once a week after staying over a week. They let clients to rent pots and others so you can cook little meals there and they have full size refrigerator and quick breakfast is served every morning. They have trash rooms for you to get rid of trash there if needed. Hallway and area is quite clean everyday and their free Wifi speed is up to 100mb/s?The location is near to 405 Westminister exit very close to freeway and place is pretty quiet.For the most, I would like to recommend there for nice staffs. Manager Ray, Kam, Jina and all others are very attentive and caring. Ray always asks if I have any trouble staying and he has upgraded my room for me and Kam is nicest from all staff members. He always tries his best to help out every situation and listening with such a kind manner.I feel like I have made great stay there with my boy and I feel very well cared by here. And I would highly recommend here for itNoteworthy details: Housekeeping, wifi, staff, room condition

It was doable, but the place does need to be updated/renovated. It looked very aged and I do agree with a reviewer that there is a certain smell to the place. It is a great location and quiet.
