THANK YOU Euro Stop!!! You saved me a lot of money and a ton of grief. I really scored when I found you.I had been to another repair place that charged me for the diagnostic and then recommended a very expensive repair. I called around for a 2nd opinion and reached Khan (hope I spelled that correctly!). He asked me questions and suggested that the repair might not be needed. He told me he was VW certified and had all the proper VW equipment to diagnose the problem. Khan invited me to bring the car so he could have a look. When I asked how much he would charge to plug in the diagnostic thingie, he said "nothing - I don't charge for simple little things like that." Wow, I coldn't believe it! Everyone else charges $68-$110.00 just plug it in.I arrived and saw he had a Porsche and a couple of Bentleys in his gargage. I figured this was either a really good or, really bad sign. Turned out to be a GREAT sign - those people trust him with their expensive cars and I now know why. While I waited, I met Khan's wife. What a lovely, genuine, nice person she was. She endorsed her husband as "the most honest man I know." and I'm here to tell you, she told the truth! This guy is great! And while I waited, I observed his business neighbors come over to ask his opinion. These friendly exchanges also impressed me as they show he's respected among other mechanics.This was the most interactive experience I've ever had at a repair shop. Khan showed me the diagnosis codes, pointed out the corresponding parts on the car, and patiently explained the function of each one. Ladies, other than your father or brother, has a mechanic ever done that for you!? Me neither.With the car now up on a lift, Khan spent time checking things and then called me over to break the bad news. The original diagnosis was correct; my car needed that expensive repair. But here's what sets Euro Stop apart from the others: While all the other places were happy to write it up and take my money, Khan pointed out all the other things that were about to break --that my regular mechanic never has! And he advised that my car didn't have much life left in it. That it wasn't really worth fixing because all these other repairs were soon to follow. Although I was bummed, my heart overflowed with gratitude that he told me. Nobody else has and there have been plenty of times they could have. And to top it all off, he didn't charge me for his time! From the nicest Porsche to a ragamuffin VW, Euro Stop is the best place to take it. And from now on, I and will never take my car anywhere else.

I really didn't want to post, because he is that good. Honest, reliable and straight forward. Hands down the best mechanic I've ever had.

Kaan is the best mechanic in OC, period. Had some stability issues with my BMW 2001 525i. Kaan was awesome. He knows everything about cars! He was able to diagnose the problem immediately and even went above and beyond to find a part for me that was so hard to get. Kaan is amazing, fair and a great person. Greeted with a big smile, and left feeling great also. Great service and the best repair shop ever.

Kaan comes thru again! I dropped off my '08 C300 around 9am on a Thursday morning, and although there were tons of cars and action around, I got my car back, as promised, with all of my requests fulfilled :) I had my spark plugs, centrifuge cover, engine mounts, transmission mounts, and engine air filter replaced, all done by 5.30pm! He's always got a smile on his face and a good attitude and he's got quite a loyal following in the area. Will definitely return here once I get my next diagnosis from the dealership at my next service appointment - saved 50% compared to the dealership price for the 5 items I had replaced; there's some stuff that's best left with the dealership but for wear & tear items, Euro Stop Automotive is your place to go!

Called to make an appointment with Kaan! I was relieved after talking to him about my problems. Got my ECU and headlights fixed in less than 30 minutes. I will come back for servicing and please give this place a go! Kaan will be more than happy to help out!

I have been coming to Kaan. Owner & Lead Mechanic at Euro Stop for several years. He has been the most knowledgeable, honest and reasonable mechanic I have had the pleasure to know. My BMW 5 Series, Cadillac Escalade and newer model Range Rover HSE have all been serviced and repaired here and nowhere else due to the fact his level of competence and expertise cannot be matched. I highly recommend him and will continue sending my close friends and family to Euro Stop for their future auto related needs.

Awesome, came here for a simple battery swap with the new battery registration that bmw's require. The owner was very helpful by taking his time to communicate what he was doing and address some other questions I had.
