Zero STARS if I could have!!!! I have been renting cars from enterprise for the last 5 months Monday to Friday 10-3pm every week, and now I have moved to Huntington Beach, the staff are very rube, RACIST, Horeible customer service. My husband got the rental on Monday at 240 pm this week, here we are on Wednesday at 2. They are trying to charge me for three days!! How?? Monday 240pm to Tuesday 240pm is one day, Tuesday 240pm to Wednesday 240 pm is two days which they took they payment out of my deposit on Tuesday! And now manger MOE wants to fight and argue my husband when he told my husband he can return the car by 3, he got there at 2. MOE called and report the car stolen. He made it more than it was, and I KNOW it was Becuz my husband is BLACK!!! Becux my 2 year old child is black??? Is that why you were so heart less. Hey corporate, can you guys retain the manager on customer service. You guys in company stick with each other so much even when It's wrong. And that is exactly why I will never spend another penny with you guys!!! RACIST A****

Agents are attractive and friendly. There was 3 people head of us, one agent immediately acknowledged us that someone will be here to help. It was really easy. They got us out quickly. Olivia even texted us to check up on our rental. Wish I can give them more stars..***********

I was racially profiled by a KAREN!! I had a reservation for a specific vehicle and they switched it out for something else I was not happy with! Long story short the manager said to me she didn't like my attitude and started asking why I wanted to rent a car, than to add insult to injury she said a lot of thieves rent cars and take off and the car that I was getting was over 20,00.00 Did I have that kind of money??? Here is a pic of her! I am Latin.!! She also said that she red flagged me! Whatever that means. I have rented many many vehicles and have never been treated so disrespectful! Absolutely totally and completely , utterly unprofessional horrible customer service completely unethical ! From the manager down the corporate office with appalled at how they' run this office ! Will never rent from them again. John specifically the apparent branch manager used curse words and Danielle just can care less about people . No sense of customer service at all !!! So upsetting ! Never have been treated so poorly after spending so much money ! Sad sad sad way of doing business !!! Go to another branch !

LOCATION: corner of beach Blvd and slater ave. across from Walgreens PRICE: $30 per day thru our insurance. CAR SELECTION: Rented from here on 2 separate occasions, while waiting for car repairs due to accidents. 1st was a VW Jetta (Standard Full Size) and 2nd was Toyota Camry (Premium Full Size). Both times, cars received were very clean and did not smell. SERVICE: Megan was amazing. she has a great personality and answered all of our questions. During 1 of our rentals, our car in the repair shop was taking longer than expected, the Enterprise rep helped us contact our insurance and extended our rental without us ever having to come in. In addition, they were great at communicating with our local auto repair shop. MISC: this specific location is generally busier on Saturdays as they are one of the few Enterprise that are open till 3pm. OVERALL: Great customer service at this location. From pick up to drop off, their service is quick and efficient. Highly recommend.

Stellar service! I came on Monday with a reservation and was out and on my way in just a few minutes with a great truck. Came back today and the enterprise agent met me in the parking lot just as I parked the car. Was outta there in just a couple minutes. Fast service! Great service! The blond lady that assisted with my rental was awesome!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Went there yesterday 12/22/20 to get a SUV. We called reservations and they took our information and told us a car would be ready for us. When we arrived we had to wait about 5 minutes only to tell us they had no SUV's available. We told them we called and stated to the girl that they said they had cars. She told us that is weird if you called the local number you would have been connected to their office. Needless to say she wasn't much help. We asked her for another phone number to another enterprise. She gave us the number we called only to find out she gave us Hertz rental. Believe it or not it was a blessing they had a SUV. Thanks enterprise for giving us the wrong number. Went to Herrz five stars for Herrz professional and amazing service. Don't go to Enrerpesie go to Herrz for your next car rental

Enterprise charged me almost $800 for damage to a rental car that I was not responsible for. They charged my credit card before they even informed me of the damage. I repeatedly tried to get my money back and even went so far as to put in a claim with the Better Business Bureau. After 8 months of going back and forth with both Enterprise and the BBB I was told that there was nothing I could do and that I would not be getting a refund. I will never use Enterprise as a rental car service again and I hope they go out of business.

*Now a company shows what they're made of when something goes a little wrong, and boy did John really step up in my time of need!! I had a very minor hiccup with the car itself and he personally walked me through all I needed and ensured that I was taken care of and comfortable. What you want is peace of mind and Enterprise has proved that they will be there for you more than Statefarm, or even the best neighbor! I won't go anywhere else, and strongly recommend you give this team and company a chance to earn your respect and business.* This was my second (and definitely not the last) time I will utilize this specific Enterprise location! Troy and Danielle were my first check in and out team, and they were phenomenal They're the reason I came back this last Friday. Car was a Nissan Armada and I'm pretty sure it's what I'll buy if I ever get married and have kids. Excellent condition. I didn't have as much time to chat this 2nd time, but my guy on the check-in continued the legacy and went over the top accommodating me with an awesome Audi suv... Kind and insightful, I'll find out his name as he was great!

This is not a good location to rent a car. My insurance company recommended them for a long term rental so I figured I would get good customer service- absolutely not the case! Danielle Hall, the manager, kept making excuses why I didn't receive phones calls and the service I was promised. She responded that they were busy and didn't address the problems in a timely manner. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with Enterprise, she didn't seem to be interested in turning the situation into a more positive experience. I spent all day trying to get my car replaced without success. I walked away from renting from this company and going to Hertz instead. Why have managers like Danielle who don't seem to be customer oriented!

Worst place to purchase a vehicle. My best friend purchased a 2017 Toyota Corolla. They do not give you a clean car and will make you leave with an empty tank. They will mess up your paperwork and make you come back in. Then when you ask for a tank of gas that you were initially promised at time of purchase, they only will fill up half a tank after their mess up and wasting your time. Go to actual dealership. Not worth the mess and hassle.

This is the last time I rent from Enterprise. I usually rent from this company locally and in the UK but no more!It is unbelievable that when you reserve a vehicle online and get to the location three quarters of hour before they close that you find no reserved vehicle, are offered a full size pick up or a mini van with the tire pressure warning light displayed which I had to get checked out at my time and expense. If had the time I would have gone elsewhere. Clearly the reservation system is at odds with the location or the data is not being monitored.Upon returning the vehicle the repeat of inefficiency was on display. A few customers including myself waiting outside, not allowed in the office, while employees were having a group chat inside seemingly oblivious to the length of time people had been waiting.I tried to mention my experience with with the tire pressure monitoring system but gave up because the level of disinterest was mind blowing!!I have the need for a rental vehicle on two occasions in November, however, it will not be with this company!!!By the way this review does not reflect the assistant on pick up, she was at all times polite and courteous.

My dealer send me to rent a car so went to enterprise in Huntington Beach to rent a car. A real nice girl of name..KATHY.......... help me she is awesome and a great customer service . She ask me for some information the I couldn't find at that moment ,when I find it I as a TROY to give her that information so TROY with no customer service at all and with attitude told me to wait when she comes out. I feel real offended and discriminated by TROY. so I as JOHN to give her the info. And w a big smile and a great customer service he help me. People like KATHY AND JOHN make customers come back. And people like TROY push customers away and lose business. TROY NOTgood.
