Absolutely fantastic place to get any alterations. I brought in my favorite dress to fit me better and after that I was hooked. I will intentionally buy clothes that don’t fit because I like the style and I know that they can alter it perfectly. I recommend this place to everyone.

This is a great family-run business they are so professional courteous friendly they work with you on what you needed and your time frame. The work performed is amazing I couldn't say more positives about this business!

Needed to rent a suit last minute, and they got in done while working with my budget! Very professional and kind, will be coming here in the future whenever I need a suit.

If I could give a negative review, I would. Brought in two brand new, unworn designer jackets to be tailored. One was tailored too much the other not at all. I paid 180 bucks. When the high-loft (with tags, unworn) jacket was returned it was stained/burnt on the front.When I brought it back in, proprietess tried to gaslight me and told me I had worn it. I tried it on after getting home, and then immediately took it off when I saw the stain and that the material was now crushed, AND it hadn't been altered. I couldn't wear it to the event it was for (video cameras pick up everything). They told me they hadn't pressed it.Don't walk out the door of this place without trying on tailored items and checking their work. They screwed up, and I had all three of them telling me I had worn it or done something to the jacket, and I haven't. I put it in the plastic and brought it back, that's all.I'm a seamstress myself, I believe in paying people for the good work they do, and I really don't like being accused of lying to people. That really pissed me off. I won't be back. I wanted to have a break in altering the jackets, and instead I got a huge hassle.At least they eventually gave me my money back for not doing the alteration, but I had to make a stink to even get that. Consider spending your money at another business. I feel sorry for the dude that was in the shop watching all the "baloney" go down. 45 years in business doesn't mean you cant make a mistake, and accusing a customer of lying is bad business.

My husband and I renewed our vows in Venice Italy this year. We were married in 2006 I've grown a lot since then lol but it was important to me too be able to wear my original wedding dress for my second wedding / vowel renewal with my husband. I went to edindale cleaners to have it altered a little bit so it would fit me. Osana Made the whole experience very special. She was very happy for me and excited to be a part of helping me with my special day. I want to mention that I was impressed with how quickly she was able to clean and alter my dress. She ended up coming up with the solution to put a corset in the back of the dress since the original zipper I had from when I was 22 would no longer zip up all the way. I was excited about that because I always wanted to have a corseted wedding dress I just always thought that would be beautiful. I was impressed with how quickly she completed it it took about 3 days! And it looked perfect and it looked brand new! She also did my husband's tux - lol - He bought a used tux off of eBay which was way too big for him and she completed his tux in just a few days and it fit him very well. I am so grateful to osana and her team at edendale cleaners for their quality and professional work it made my vow renewal wedding day very special thank you so much.

Don't be discouraged by the dry cleaning looks of it. They were amazing at fitting my suit like a glove. Incredibly sweet people. They were very helpful in getting me fitted within 15 minutes tops and I truly highly recommend this place to anyone who is in need of a last-minute suit or tux. Long story short, one morning I had to be at a funeral. At 190 lbs couldn't fit into my own suit or long sleeve shirts or pants. I was lucky enough to find this place early morning. Thanks again for all the help.

Amazing experiences with Edindale! The first time I came in they were so helpful and altered my sweatpants and fixed my favorite jacket at a reasonable price.I recently just went in to get a dress tailored for an upcoming wedding too. She did the alterations in one day and it fit perfectly!! It was more expensive but totally worth it. I am so impressed with their quality and service overall. Will be coming back for all future tailoring needs :))

We love the owners, "Osaka" and her husband. They have such a welcoming, patient and lovely presence. They reassure you of service and have excellent manners. If you aren't satisfied, they will correct it and try their best to accommodate any corrections even if it's not completely their doing but a customer's inability to communicate exactly what they need. They are the BEST! Please know you well get professional tailoring done here. This place is known for doing ballet shoes for the ballet schools around the area. Thus, bring your old ballet shoe straps here and they will see it on securely. Thank you Osana! My daughter only trust your tailors to do her Pointe Shoes for Southland Ballet Academy/Festival Ballet Theatre. Also, while we were here a Police Officer came in and we let him go ahead of us to "honor their service for the people" and again, "Osana the owner welcomed the Officer, reassured him they could do the work for his work pants but also gave him a tip about his favorite pants; it was obvious he trusted her and when he left, she takes the time to say 'thank you for your service'". Do you understand? We don't have many people nowadays like that who have great manners and are classy and yet professional. You can just see it upon walking in that this family is all about FAMILY because even their front window is a display of their grandchildren. They welcome you with an open heart.

I had a wedding during the weekend but was last minute shopping and found out the things I wanted, they needed to be fixed. So I was told to go to a person that tailor. Luckily the person that told me that gave me a recommendation and called the store to see if they would tailor for me the same day. I came to Edindale to drop off my pants and Osanna immediately worked with me. She figured out what I needed and told me that it will be down the same day and that I can come tomorrow to pick up my pants.I swung by the time she told me to come and bam the pants were fixed. I was having so much anxiety not knowing what was going to happen but luckily Osanna worked with me to ensure this was completed! Came in and with no hassle she got my number and had everything ready... all this for $15. I recommend this place for sure. Osanna has great customer service and is very nice!

2 pants to hem, 1 shirt to take in and make shorter…. $75 dollars. I was chocked. And the man babbled on … it’s lots a work. 2 Birkenstock’s shoes to resole….. $50 dollars each… that was the max I wanted to pay, and of course the man said …. That’s the price. The alterations were mediocre at best. The shoes had white paint and glue on them very sloppy.I will never return to this business nor would I recommend it.Services: General repairs

Owner is a very nice man and extremely helpful and is great at what he does. He was able to help fit me into a nice suit last minute for a wedding the next day. Total lifesaver. I will be returning to his business again in the future!
