Last time I have ordered from them was few years ago, I immediately received the order confirmation, etc. The communication and response from the owners was prompt. This time around, haven't received any communication after having placed the order for over a week. Eventually the order confirmation did come through and the order showed up at my doorstep few days later. I think maybe they are understaffed or something. Nevertheless, I think it's important to support vegan businesses, especially if they are struggling. Would be buying from them again.

I seriously think this place is scam. I placed an order online over 3 weeks ago and except for email confirmation I received absolutely nothing - no shipping notifications, no tracking, no product itself! I started a dispute with PayPal hoping to at least get my money back. This "business" never responded to my phone calls or emails. And all positive reviews appear to be fake, based on the names. Beware.

Sent me an email claiming they forgot to charge for shipping, and asked how I wanted to proceed. I responded and then no response or other action was taken. I sent a second email asking to have the transaction canceled and still heard nothing. I finally had to file a chargeback on my credit card and they refused to respond to the credit card company either. So it ended up taking over a month to get my money back for an order that was never fulfilled. If you want to encourage people to feed their pets differently, you really ought to work on your customer service skills as I happily would have paid the extra. Zero response whatsoever is an unsustainable business model.

All my vegan activist friends recommended this place to me for my healthy and thriving vegan cat. After the last 3 batches of Amazon bought Vysong vegan cat kibble were completely moldy, I decided to finally give this place a try. When I went in for the first time I was greeted by the sweetest workers there, who recommended both the Evolution and Benevo dry cat food. My cat inhales it he loves it so much. We also bought a natural litter spray as well as some cat nip toys that Milo absolutely loves. I would conveniently order his refill of food every few months online, but I'd rather go in for the wonderful and warm customer service.

Eco friendly toys, healthy snacks, and a decent range of vegan friendly options to supplement a wide range of diets. friendly and professional feedback from the owner is a huge plus, and they also do pick up services if you're local!

I come here for the Evolution diet duo pet food but, they have snacks and They're very friendly! Only one person but they got doggie coworkers! That's great! It's any online shop so only pick ups but lucky for me I am local!

As others have mentioned, very poor and unprofessional customer service that did not properly respond to or handle unnecessary issues they themselves caused. We wish we had known sooner to spare ourselves any hassle. We would not recommend and are gladly taking our business elsewhere.

The company does not respond to any emails. They stated they sent my package out a month ago, I never received it. USPS says they never received the package either. I was charged almost 23 dollars in shipping costs to ship UPS Ground. Why wasn't I notified that the package would ship via USPS? Regardless it seems as of now my package never shipped. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I'm all for supporting small businesses but not one that cons you.

This was such a frustrating experience. I called them and left them voicemails several times. No answer or response. I drove up to their store front from San Diego during their posted business hours and nobody was there and no sign on the door for an explanation. We really want to buy from them as they're the only supplier in CA that we can find with a certain brand but so far it's like they don't even exist.
