Bruh, did my dog so dirty. She came back feeling as if she hadn't been washed and with flaky skin. I asked for her to be shaved down and to have her head trimmed, and it seems like that is genuinely all that they did...so I am confused as to what package I paid $75 for. She has never felt or looked like this after any bath, so it genuinely leads me to believe she was not bathed. I called and asked and the person said she may need additional oatmeal baths. But why at this groomer would she need additional services and not at any other groomer? Also, her head is chopped to hell and her ears weren't trimmed. Her eyes still had gunk on them (again, there is no way she was bathed). What did I pay for? I voiced this concern on the phone and they offered for me to come back, but why would I come back if they already did a terrible job in the first place? Just wash your dog at home, if you can.

First visit for grooming to earthwise for 7mth old small puppy. Booked easily and dropped her off, she had long baby curls which we needed trimming in prep for spay. Picked her up an hour later and she was beautiful! A perfectly trimmed, white teeth and lovely smelling fluffy happy pup! Happy to have found Tina and this place, we'll be back!

Ashley S has been grooming my husband and I’s cats for years, if we had long haired dogs, we would have her attend to them too. She is patient, knowledgeable and most of all, kind and gentle. She treats our animals as if they are her own. Highly recommend following her and seeking her out! Our cat is a very fluffy Macon, she’s given her the lions cut but now we just opt for overall maintenance.

Been using their grooming services for a few years. Yesterday was bad!!! I won't ever go back. She finished my 2 dogs in slightly over an hour which was my first warning. Have a Maltese mix and Bichon. Both had been shaved down almost to the skin. The Maltese you can see ever freckle. There was no reason for it. He did not have any mats. Although an indoor dog, he was shivering this morning! Requested short, not bald!

Very clean, inexpensive, great attitude and an all around great spot for pets! We self-washed our goldendoodle and couldn't have been happier with their accommodations, soap selections and overall great attitude. We will definitely be back!

Won't accept dogs that are aggressive with other dogs. Not even a personal appointment in advance. Recommended going to a vet. Only problem is they charge triple the price for the same procedure.

We take our little teacup Yorky here to be groomed. He is a very nervous dog and does not like strangers, we can't even brush him because he's so sensitive. We found this little gem next to Vons supermarket and have been using them for the last 12 months. It's super easy to get an appointment and the prices are very reasonable. Tina, the groomer is an absolute sweetheart, she does a beautiful job with the grooming and actually gets the haircut right! Believe me, this is a lot to say because we have been disappointed in so many other places. Tina actually cares about your pet and gets to know them as you become a regular customer. Our little doggie loves going to see her and gets excited when we pull up out in front. A great place to take your little buddy.

Took my dog here for a haircut , this was his fourth time and he loves the people there. I got a weird phone call from Tina , she said my dog has acted up and he took off the muzzle when she was trimming his face . I apologized to them and told her he never acted this way , she said I can’t take him no more he gives me hard time to trim his face . My dog is a puppy and when I picked him up , he was shaking and scared . I told the girl upfront that you can’t trim dogs and can’t expect dog not acting up . This was my favorite spot for my dog but won’t take him there no more . The hair was horrible and they increased their price without communicating to us - 0 start
