Had the best experience at DMES medical supplies! Outstanding service and they repaired my Dad’s wheelchair brakes for free! Robert the store manager was so helpful and great to work with! Highly recommend this business!!!

Robert, the manager is great to work with. He's been there both times my mom and I have come in. The first time, she rented a rollator / wheelchair combo for a trip. The weekly rental price was so reasonable. Mom's 87 and could move so much faster with the rollator! We decided to buy one for more adventures so we went back. We have not used the wheelchair functionality, yet, but it's nice to have just in case.

DMES has been a great store for all my medical supply needs in order to take care of my grandparents! Happy with their services and selection of products. It’s nice to know they can even order items they don’t regularly stock if I’m in need of something specific!

I had injured my knee so the med facility said to wrap it until Dr appt. I jumped on google to find a supply store near my work and they were listed. I went to the website and found a large, 6 inch wide, ace bandage sold at their store. My leg is quite large so I needed a wide bandage. They closed at 6pm (all other shops close at 5pm) so i was able to get to them by 5:45pm. Robert the tech was more than happy to help me when i arrived and even took the time to show me some knee braces they sold. He didn't mind that it was near closing time. They even took FSA for payment. I will always choose them first for all my med supply needs. So friendly and helpful, thank you Robert. The bandage worked great and I'll be coming for another soon. The store manager was so helpful and kind! I needed a cpap mask and tube, and he had the very style that I left behind at home. Without it it my life would have been at risk with severe sleep apnea. I'm so grateful! Thank you!
