This place used to do ok repairs but now their business model has gone down the toilet. It’s dangerous to leave your board with them because they will ask you to lay half up front and then hold your board as long as they want. My board is now two weeks overdue and they at this point can’t tell me at what phase os repair it is in or when i can expect it back. I haven’t been able to speak with Travis the ,owner who apparently has the information, because the person they have at the shop refuses to say when he will be in or offer contact information. If this continues i’ll be speaking with the HB chamber of commerce and better business bureau( yes, , this shop requires you to go full Karen to get your property back).

I thought that my board had dings.
Those guys over there were extremely honest, straight and nice.
They told me that it’s not really a ding and that’s not necessary to charge me for fix.
I highly recommend them.

Not the place to go to for ding repair. Expensive, poor fixes, and beyond slow. (Been 3 times and said it would be two weeks, ended up being 4, 5, 6 weeks for minor dings).If you want reasonable prices, quality repairs or restorations, and quick turn around (less then a week every time), go to the Ding Dudes (Carrozza Surfboards). Location isn’t as convenient, but I promise it will save you so much time in the long run.

You guys suck. Brought a board to swap out hoping I'd be able to surf the board you guys just fixed & was thinking what a great service this could be to just continue swapping my boards out.. except there's a new deep crack, worse then the 2 that were fixed. Now I don't have the right board for tomorrow. Thanks On top of that, it took over 3 weeks to patch a little solar Rez repair. Do your self a favor and repair your ding and cracks yourself. Go to foam EZ or Amazon and get some resin. You'll be better off. Or even take it to a local board shaper like Carrozza in Huntington Beach. On top of that, as soon as Travis left, the lady (maybe his lady) became a used shoe salesman trying to work up the price by telling me it will take some time to fix the tiniest of cracks, or I could pay extra $30 to get it done same week. Then I said no it's fine, then it takes a month for the smallest cracks and I have a new crack that def wasn't there at drop off.

Great experience. Good customer service so far compared to other bike rental places. I rented an e-bike here, and they're so clean and in brand-new condition. The other rental wanted me to make an $800 deposit. Yes, you heard $800. That's ridiculous. Who in their right mind would deposit $800? But yeah, I really recommend this place and would definitely come back the next time I visit.

Absolutely amazing. I stopped here daily. If you're in Huntington Beach, don't go anywhere else. They helped me on my journey of exploring Huntington Beach and surfing the west coast. They're the best priced shop in town with the best product in town.

They were amazing. The new owners just took over last year and they're doing a great job. They treat their customers like family. From the first day I touched down in Cali They were helping me out. Telling me all the good surf spots and the best times to go. I will always recommend people stop here first when in Huntington Beach. I ended up stopping here almost everyday of my trip. They have great boards and suits and they're always there to help. Their bikes are great too but I only got a chance to rent one once. Hopefully I'll be able more next time. The best part is when you go in you're likely talking to one of the two owners. It really makes a difference.I miss those two already.

For the cost of their repair, you might as well just buy a new board. Could be more economical.

Travis is a pro. He was confident in repairing my board. Was told it would be ready for pickup between 2-3 weeks, was ready for pickup in a week. Repair looks great. Price rate was fair. Recommended!
