unfortunately this business has stolen from me and now I am proceeding litigation. they offered to accept returns and never credited me as they said they would. the quality has gone way downhill - used to be my favorite shop so it's very disturbing to me that I am in this situation now.

The Owner Jessica, is absolutely phenomenal!!! She is the best!!! The customer service is 10 stars!!! She is a gem!!! I love the clothes, the fit and the quality. Love this store!!!

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. I have called, texted, emailed and left messages about a return I made MONTHS ago. I originally spoke with a customer service rep when they received my return. Then NOTHING. I still haven't gotten a response or a refund.

TERRIBLE customer service!!! I sent a return back to them a couple of days after my package arrived at the end of July. Heard nothing, got no refund. I called them on August 11th after many many attempts to get ahold of somebody & the lady I spoke to was nice, she looked up the return tracking number & saw that it was in their warehouse & told me she’d grab it the next day which would be August 12th. Have heard NOTHING from them since. STILL NO REFUND. Have called 2-3x a week

The clothing is so cheapy compared to what you pay. I bought a dress that ended up being sheer, but the description didn't specify that. I bought a pair of pants that ended up being see through, and that's definitely not ideal. Not to mention, size up when you shop here - things all ran too small.

I bought a top. The quality is good. Although the care tag stated "machine wash," it was not and the top was ruined. I contacted Dainty Hooligan, and they immediately sent another top. Great customer service!

I can not get enough of their clothes. I have purchased multiple items from then not only do they fit amazingly the quality of clothing is great and all clothes fit true to size. I will be ordering more from them in the future.

After contacting the boutique about a delayed package, I was offered to have a duplicate order shipped out and a discount code for my next online purchase. Customer service even contacted me personally through text and call to make sure that I was happy to with those options and if there was anything else they could do. This is the most effort a company has ever put forth to correct a mistake in my personal experience! Knowing this kind of customer service is available will definitely keep me as a customer.

Have to say that I am beyond satified with their service. I have ordered from Dainty before and absolutley love their clothing its great quality for the price. Had an issue with the delivery time......long story short I wasn't going to get the package in time for my vacation, but they pulled through. They contacted me to let me know that they would get it expedited just in time for my vacation. This says alot about a company, making sure their customers are satisfied and never disappointed.
