Great place to go to, huge selection of gear and friendly/very helpful service. Forgot the guys name that helped me out Wednesday(10/23) when I went there to pick out a helmet and gloves. Very informative and helped me out on Helmet and Glove size. Would deff recommend anyone to check out this place!

Had a bad experience recently with an employee named Jake. While the establishment itself is nice, Jake's behavior was disappointing. He was dismissive and unhelpful when I asked for assistance, which made the interaction frustrating. Instead of assisting me, he seemed annoyed by my questions. Really rude imo.
Customer service is crucial in any business, and Jake's rudeness overshadowed my visit. I hope management addresses this issue, as it detracts from the overall experience. I don’t think this guy should be working there. Will go to a different cycle gear from now on.

The staff were very helpful but not pushy. They found a size in a helmet at another one of there stores and I was able to get what I needed the same day. Thank you to all the staff!

The staff at this location were very helpful. They had the helmet I was looking for, but not in the right color. The color was sold out and not available to order. The guy went the extra mile by looking at other stores and found the color & size I needed. He arranged for the helmet to be shipped to this store. Thanks for the help.

We had great friendly service! Logan was very helpful and patient the entire time. He explained pros and cons about the various mc helmets and I was able to leave with an exact type and fit! He was super patient and answered all my crazy questions!! Helped me set up Bluetooth too!

After being ignored the whole time that I was looking at helmets and being the only customer in the store, I finally searched for a salesman. I asked for an extra large since that was the size of my last helmet. He told me that they only had large and handed a hemet to me. He did not look at higher shelves. After getting home, I realize he sold me a medium. The flip down glasses are totally useless since they sit about two inches away from face.
