Once again Everyone at the CVS on Edinger in HB Ca, helped me as a caregiver transferring all medications over to CVS, it does not matter they do not have drive thru, customer service matters and they are all wonderful! It has been challenging from Walgreens to transfer prescriptions over but but Tony and Diana and their team are making it.easier for us! And the team at the actual store are amazing! Management to the cashiers are so helpful very hard to find this anywhere! I have convinced neighbors and friends to this store! We are so blessed to have them! Lorilynn

CVS is one of the family’s favorite stores. Parking is great; easy in easy out of the lots. The employees are always cordial and helpful. The shelves are well stocked and the stores are clean.

Open late, close early, constantly can't give you your perspiration because their computers are down... And in the rare instance they pretend to do their jobs, they will only fill half the perception and ask you if you can can wait another week did your child's medication. They also can't do not than read the box in response to any questions. Also,they don't actually stock vaccines that they will let you make appointments for, so you show up to watch them run around confused, then blame you for making the appointment through their website. Totally incomplete, dangerously so!

If i could put a zero, i would. Constantly out of medications. I was Told to call other pharmacies to see if they had my medication there, only to be told they cannot give out that information due to regulations. Not sure if this guy "A***" at this pharmacy knows what he is doing?. I definitely need to switch out of CVS! I used to love this pharmacy but as of late, forget about it!

Very disappointed by the front clerk. He refused to answer any questions about COVID tests because he didn't believe in COVID. Wouldn't tell me if he had any in stock, wouldn't tell me where to find them. Eventually he said I could talk to his manager, who was perfectly nice and led me straight to where they had plenty in stock. I'm planning to avoid the store in the future.
