I saw the poor reviews and was reluctant to get my prescription transferred here. But my experience was 5star! The employee Anh kept working and helped me obtain a partial prescription to cover my out of town trip. The prescription was filled quickly. When I checked out, the employee shared stories with me. It was a very pleasant experience. Give this place a chance! They took great care of me.

The pharmacist Anh Dao Nguyen is extremely rude and disrespectful to customers. I asked a simple insurance question and she raised her voice to me and kept shouting “I’m 1,000% sure I’m right and you are not.” I then watched her yell at the customer behind me when he asked if he could find a pharmacy that carried his prescription and she said she would not help him. She has zero patience or empathy towards others.

Check your meds! I don’t care if the manufacturer “extended” the expiration date on certain lots- you. Should NOT be giving out expired medications to anyone.

Everyone at the store is super helpful, fast and friendly to me. More people need to give this store credit and not just the ones that didn't have things go there way with negative remarks . I go here all the time and have never experienced anything wrong.

Literally the worst pharmacy in the United States. The last 5+ times we have needed a prescription it has been delayed, unavailable, messed up or not filled despite a promise of when it would be available. This weekend’s experience was the best (WORST) of all. My doctor, who I’ve gone to for over 15 years and has always followed through on calling in prescriptions, sent an order over on Friday. We went in Saturday and told they never received it. No record of anything called in for me.While we were talking to the head pharmacist, she said let me check our voice mail and see if we missed it. She then proceeded with the biggest HIPAA violation I’ve ever experienced by playing several doctors messages over speakerphone including patient names, dates of birth and medications. UNBELIEVABLE.We left and said we would confirm with the doctor and return on Monday. Today (Sunday) CVS’ automated system called to say the Rx was available. My wife was in the area and dropped by to grab it. The same INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL head pharmacist asked her what phone number called to leave the message. She was provided the phone number. Says nothing and proceeds to ask “are you expecting a prescription”? No, we just love stopping by every day and asking if you have one for us.After being told several more times why we were there and what we needed, she continued to claim they have no Rx for me. LAST TIME EVER….Save yourself MASSIVE aggravation and never go to this pharmacy or the filthy rathole of a store that looks like it’s going out of business and hasn’t been cleaned in about 3 years. And please don’t confuse me with the crabby old reviewer that ONLY leaves 1 star reviews. I almost universally ONLY leave positive reviews. It’s aggravating to write about how AWFUL this CVS store is.

Disorganized and short staffed. Friendly staff but always hurried and making mistakes, way too many times. Needs better management. This place needs more staff help. The Employees always seem rushed and too busy and prescriptions are usually not ready when I'm told they are ready.

My mom was there today and was accused of stealing. Shame on them, I guess you can't put your phone in your purse anymore without being rudely asked to open it up for an employee. Will never go here again, and I live right behind CVS. SHAME If I could post zero stars I would

Since 2016, I've been a loyal customer at this pharmacy and was initially satisfied with their service. However, things took a downturn when a new pharmacist, Feby, and an unidentified Asian male joined the team. Their lack of management skills started affecting the service quality. This behavior seemed to rub off on the rest of the staff, resulting in disrespectful treatment of customers. I witnessed this behavior towards other customers and experienced it myself during my visits. Furthermore, the pharmacy's efficiency declined. Despite receiving voice messages stating my medication was ready, I often found it wasn't prepared when I arrived. Additionally, the pharmacy used to have continuous service during lunchtime, but they now close, returning at 1 PM. Unfortunately, they are consistently late in reopening, and even when they do, they request customers to wait an additional 5 minutes. The breaking point was when, on 09/26 around 12:30 PM, I received incomplete medication after waiting for 20 minutes. I had to endure another wait after paying to receive the missing items. The overall service has deteriorated significantly. While I prefer the convenience of this pharmacy's location, I am determined to address this poor service and will take the necessary steps to do so.

Slow service with an attitude. What’s not to like. Couldn’t fill my prescription, but didn’t bother to let me know.

The Drop-Off / Consultation Pharmacist took less than 5 seconds to 'answer' my question about Aleve and muscle pain relief. When asked how to get the Aleve from the secured cage she said 'front associate has key'.When I went back to the cage and pressed the associate call button, no one came despite the announcement for associate to the pain relief aisle. On my third try (of pressing the call button) a thin male finally came out of the Pharmacy area after chitchatting with the same female pharmacist (whom I spoke to minutes ago) and another associate, total of 3 associates chitchatting (I can hear the laughters from non work related convo). This was 10 a.m. I can only imagine how they would be during a rush hour. I should have just gone to Walgreens across the street. If you're a CVS management/leadership team, I suggest that you visit unannounced to see for yourself. There's probably a reason why almost all of the reviews here are negative..
