Awful cvs, have to look around to find an employee and when you do they’re not helpful and they do not complete the photo orders on time, claiming you have to resubmit it

Wanted to give a special shoutout to Pharmacist Nancy and the Pharm Tech gentleman with the ponytail and light colored hair (sorry I don't know his name). I had a prescription waiting at Walgreens for 3 days because it was out of stock and I couldn't wait any longer due to my symptoms so I decided to call this CVS to see if they had the medication in stock. The Pharm tech answered the phone and he was so polite, he confirmed they had the medication and asked me if I needed the medication the same evening. Mind you I had just gotten off work and it was 30 minutes till closing for the pharmacy. Within less then 30 minutes, the Pharmacy tech was able to relay my request to Nancy the pharmacist and she was able to process my prescription right away. I was able to get my medication before they closed. They literally saved me. As someone who is a clinician myself (they didn't know that), I know how busy and short staffed they are. Thank you so much for all your help, you both truly saved me from another restless night.

GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR PRESCRIPTION NEEDS. This pharmacy is awful! We have been unhappy with the service we have been receiving at this pharmacy for a while. The only polite and competent pharmacist there is Nancy. However, she has recently left. The employee turnover rate is unbelievable. They have one employee by the name of Nicole who is rude and obnoxious. She is impatient and will not listen to you. Multiple people we have spoken to have had the same interactions with her and have gone elsewhere. Our prescriptions are easy and on an automatic refill, however they still manage to create an ordeal every month. It’s absolutely ridiculous. We will be pulling our prescriptions from this location and moving to a different pharmacy other than CVS. It is not worth the stress every month to be treated so rudely by a disgruntle employee.

Pharmacist with a long beard is a moron and not helpful at all. Other staff is nice and I used to like using this pharmacy until my experience with this pharmacist.

This place was jammed the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. They have everything you expect from your drugstore. Seeing all the people in line for the pharmacy was daunting but it moved quickly. The prescription I was filling wasn't ready. No worries there is this comfortable seat and I will wait for it. It is kind of an emergency. I kind of want to get some delicious chocolates because I am a bit stressed.

HORRIBLE. They’ve got a full house of Pharmacy employees but they can’t manage to get a single thing done!!! If you like WAITING AND WAITING AND WAITING this is the place to come! So long as you know that your time is of NO VALUE WHATSOEVER you’re good here!

Worst pharmacy I've ever encountered. I can never get through to a pharmacist. They have 40+ minute phone wait times on any given day. Theirs a female there in particular that answers phones and is rude and abrupt. Nancy is the only one that seems to care about the customers. Unfortunately, none of the other employees do. Therefore, I will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere.

Most annoying STUPID pharmacy ever! Moving my prescriptions elsewhere. Went to pick up today, got home to find my regular 90 day prescription contained only 12 pills. The tech on the phone had no explanation and there's no note on the invoice. Now I have to drive 5 miles back over there and 5 miles back at $5.00 per gallon for gas to get this filled properly. They did this once before and said it was for my "convenience" so my other prescriptions could sync time wise. Well that won't work AND THEY DID THIS ARBITRARILY WITHOUT NOTIFICATION OR PERMISISSION! Here's an idea --a little out there, I know--maybe this is something new for you, but how about you ASK THE CUSTOMER???

There is a light that works at this CVS. He's the pharmacist and he made my day. I went in to get a Shingles vaccine on a lark. He was accommodating, positive, put me at ease and was clearly a man who likes people. Christopher! It's CHRISTOPHER!!! There's a special place for people like him. Rock on, Christopher.

Store was clean. Staff was friendly. Parking was ample.
