Showed up this morning to the “24hr CVS” to find it closed with a hand written sign saying open at 630 as this is the only “24hr store” near me I rely on it in those times of need and you failed me. An explanation would be appreciated.

I never bother to leave reviews but the 3 people in the pharmacy tonight went above and beyond when the 24hr Walgreens said it was impossible to help me so I transferred my prescription to CVS last minute. Apparently it wasn't impossible. They called my urgent care to help move things along before the office closed in minutes, were communicative about the prescription status, worked quickly, and were super helpful, kind, and took their time with me. The pharmacist was clear, thorough, and informative, telling me exactly what I would've wanted to know but never ask because I either can't understand them very well or they can't be bothered. Thank you for doing all in your power to make it happen to help my like girl tonight. Gold Star, FIVE gold stars for this team and their top notch customer service. Although you aren't closest to my house, you're closest to my heart and my new default pharmacy. ❤️

I deeply regret getting my disposable film developed through CVS. For two months, it was impossible to get an answer as to where my film was and why it was taking so long. When my film was finally ready, it was a whopping $90 for one roll of pictures because CVS had sent it out to a specialist to develop in a format that I did not want or ask for. Now, I’m stuck paying 10x the usual price if I want to see those pictures again.

Bought a $50 gift card that turned out to be completely fake. Big surprise there is nothing CVS can do about it. Thanks for selling fake gift cards ruining and Valentine's Day.

Nice and clean store always well stocked that is supposedly open 24 hours, but the times I've gone there for first aid needs or cold/flu remedies late at night / early in the A.M. I've been greeted by locked doors and a had written note at the front entrance stating they are "CLOSED FOR LUNCH..." sign. While you stand and wait by the door fir their return from lunch you see the employee walk back and forth vacuuming and gaze over at you oddly from time to time. Not sure if it's a corporate decision or at a store level just has been a huge inconvenience and would be nice if they had that posted online.

The entire team of pharmacists suck, their customer service is horrible, I'm not sure why they all have attitudes. I came to pick up my prescription 2 hours after my doctor placed it, I still had to wait a extra hour for them to fill it once I got in the store and then after waiting those 3 hours, I didn't even get my full prescription, I was told they were out of stock and it would take a day for the rest of my prescription to be shipped. I'll never come to this CVS again, that's forsure.

Noemi at the pharmacy is remarkable! She is beyond helpful, patient and always so friendly and upbeat. I always love seeing her and she is very nice and understanding with her customer service. Maria at the check out desk is always sooo friendly and positive and has an amazing customer service attitude! The team here is great.

I don’t usually leave reviews especially not bad reviews, but I went in to get pictures developed with my girlfriend and the only employee working at the front “Yesenia” was talking to this customer for at least 10 minutes, I was standing in line right behind him and she made no attempt to help us. Eventually another employee who I think was doing price changes came to help us. He then unlocked the bathroom in the back for my girlfriend while I waited up front. the employee Yesenia, still having a conversation with the man and an elderly lady was now standing in line waiting, obviously annoyed. Still no attempt to end the conversation and help the customers. Eventually the male employee came back from the back to help the elderly lady who needed to check out, he then went back to whatever he was doing. About 5 minutes later my girlfriend returned and we left while Yesenia was still having a conversation with the man, again another customer behind him waiting to be checked out!!!!!! She had no awareness, wasn’t doing her job, and making her co worker do all the work

This is one of the worst pharmacy to go to. The technicians here are rude. Went to get painkillers and antibiotics as I have severe toothache and I mentioned to them to expedite. Pharmacy asked me to wait for 30 minutes., it was noon. Went in 30 minutes @12:30 they were closing for lunch and asked me to come back after their lunch time 1 pm. Never even mentioned to me that they closed for lunch. Had to wait for an hour 15 minutes. This technicians are rude, no sympathy for anyone. There were other people who had similar issues and complaining about it too. Go to cvs pharmacy in Target on Adam's Ave, people here are much polite and give right information.

I wish I could give them a 0 rating. I had to change my pharmacy to cvs or another small pharmacy. I chose this cvs because of convenience. I have been treated so poorly. The pharmacist and their staff are so rude. I ran out of a medication that was due to be refilled on Saturday. They told me when I called them they were out of the drug and had been for 30 days and they didn't know when they would get it. They put me on a waiting list. They did not call me or my doctor to allow it to be transfered to another pharmacy. After 2 hrs with my insurance company I was finally told I had to have a new one from my doctor to get it filled because it had a hold on it. They could have told me that 2 hrs ago. Don't go there especially if you want kindness and respect.

tina had great customer service. i love this location because it is open 24/7 and they carry jeni's ice cream!
