Michelle Tran was the pharmacist that assisted me today and she was absolutely fantastic! It was very busy but she was such a friendly face and answered all my questions. She was so nice as I was worried about how and when I should take my medications and if there were any conflicts be she reassured me about it all and explained it in detail. Will definitely be coming back here.

I wish I could give them a 0 rating. I had to change my pharmacy to cvs or another small pharmacy. I chose this cvs because of convenience. I have been treated so poorly. The pharmacist and their staff are so rude.I ran out of a medication that was due to be refilled on Saturday. They told me when I called them they were out of the drug and had been for 30 days and they didn't know when they would get it. They put me on a waiting list. They did not call me or my doctor to allow it to be transfered to another pharmacy. After 2 hrs with my insurance company I was finally told I had to have a new one from my doctor to get it filled because it had a hold on it. They could have told me that 2 hrs ago.Don't go there especially if you want kindness and respect.

tina had great customer service. i love this location because it is open 24/7 and they carry jeni's ice cream!

I normally do not write reviews. I got there at 2:01AM and there was a sign that says closed for lunch break will reopen at 2:35AM. There were 2 other costumers waiting. 1 was on foot. I knocked and the worker said this is state law and for us to come back at 2:35AM. I waited and was back in front of the store at 2:35AM, at 2:48 AM is when they opened the store back up. I took a picture so I can send to corporate. It turns out that there were 2 employees there. Very poor customer service. At the very least if there were planning to take long lunches they could at least help us first or write a correct time. I need to go back to bed. Or better yet not take long breaks together at the same time and turn customers away.

No one answers the phones especially in the morning. Someone picks up the phone then leaves the phone on mute and never comes back to pick up the phone. It just goes straight to silence. Prescriptions are never ready on time. I would set a certain time for pick up but someone in the pharmacy keeps rescheduling it at a later time. This is so frustrating. I have a other things to do and it shouldnt take another 15 minutes to fill my medication when ive already gave the pharmacy enough time to fill my medicine. Ugh. *pulling my hair out**

Would love if they didn't tell their customers a prescription is in stock but it actually isn't. Wasted 40 minutes after they told me it would be on time today. Make sure you ask if it's in stock or don't bother

You have an employee named Ana. She is fantastic I was in your store on March 5, 2023 and needed help as this store doesn't have carts anymore. Ana not only helped, she went to my car and helped bring in coins that I needed to cash in. She is very sweet and helped me all through the process. And, she would not take a tip. This is one of the bigger CVS stores in the area. My elderly mother and I went there today to do a "big shop." Because she is nearly 86, she needs a shopping cart to steady her a bit. Plus, she can't carry everything she's buying in a basket. Frankly, neither can I - we'd planned on big packs of paper towels and toilet paper. Get this: there are two shopping carts in the entire store. TWO. As kind as the employees were, they couldn't produce a shopping cart for us to use. Apparently, the carts have all been stolen by unhoused people. I can understand why they haven't bought more of the same carts, but why not employ anti-theft measures like a security guard, anti-theft shopping carts or, I don't know....anything? It very much felt like "Oh well, that's just the way it is." Without me there to carry the basket, my mom would have left without spending a dime. This store has a much better selection than the CVS location near our house, but we won't be back.

One of my favorite CVS stores in Huntington Beach. I miss my 2 girls that gave good customer service here. The young chick slim with dark hair and tattoos. Long hair and she would give me good customer help and service. I forgot her name. The other girl who is a dwarf, Shes really cool at handling customers. I say dwarf in a respectful manner, She had red hair long with tatts. I forget their names, but i miss them. They dont work here anymore i believe because they were young and over 2 years ago. Anyways great pharmacy here. The store could use some more Tender loving care with the shelves. Anywho, Always a pleasure coming here since i live not too far away now.

Fantastic service from a lovely cashier and her charming personality. With any illness you can feel instant pain disappear with her type of charm and interaction with patients. Love such enthusiasm!

Hands down best vaccination experience for my family to date. My wife and our three kids ages 9, 6 and 2 went to get our vaccines. Our six year old was very afraid of the needle going in but the staff were all so understanding and caring that it went very well. When we left he said, "They were all so nice there! When can we go back?" My oldest said "Yes, I really liked them."

Worst pharmacy ever!! So rude on the phone. Literally got into a fight with someone who does not want to help people. Does not want to do her job. Thank you for making me wait even longer for important meds. Definitely go elsewhere!!
