Joe. I just want to say, I probably have the best car/tire interaction with this guy. He's damn experienced and would often give good advices whenever you asked him anything. Next week is my appointment so this rating isn't f or the auto service. THANKS JOE.

Was promised 3.5 to 4 hrs to have a slow leak checked. Ended up waiting 4.5 hrs. Same ridiculous wait time a year before. Seriously debating whether to get new tires from Costco again.

Went in with basically a completely flat tire around 8pm. (Went as soon as I found out there was an issue with my tire pressure while driving on the freeway) when I got there the tire pressure was at 2psi and the self inflation would not work. I went to ask one of the tire center employees ( I believe it was the supervisor) and he had someone come help me. Initially they would have turned me away because I came in too late during the day and they were about to close (totally understandable) but they ended up helping me patch it up so I wouldn't have to come back in the morning (God bless them). Got me out in about 20 minutes or so. The price for the tire patch was extremely fair (only around $14). Really great service and friendly staff!

I took my car yesterday in for tire rotation. I didn't have an appointment, but they take walk-ins. They were very busy and Joe the manager was very customer service oriented. They were busy, but Joe took the time to explain the process. We'll definitely come back here again. Thank you, Joe

I came by on a weekend and was able to replace all 4 tires without reservations. I was one of the first customers on a Saturday morning. It only took an hour and a half for them to install my tires. At that time, I just did my shopping in the warehouse. They have always had great customer service at this tire center. You can see that they are super busy, but they will still take time out to answer questions and assist you when they can. Very efficient, helpful, and friendly!!!!

My mom goes here because she assumes it's cheaper (because it's Costco right) she's an older lady that knows zero about cars and has too much blind trust. She gets new tires put on here like she has for years, except this time I asked her how much it cost. I was blown away at the huge ripoff this POS fraud organization screwed her. She has a Nissan roque and never drives over 55, all she needs are standard small basic tires. First I go on their website to lookup the price they charged for her type of tire. However It wouldn't show the price because (and it actually said something like) "I needed to log in and be a member to find out this exclusive members only price tag" Of course they sell her the most expensive ones at $220 a tire. I have a lifted truck and I pay less than that. These are just standard Michelin, regular warranty and not including labor or alignment. I go on several other tire chain sites and they had them for similar price but "club discount store Costco" was more than all of them. But here's the kicker.... Every other chain store website had a link for a rebate from Michelin for those tires. Just fill out form upload receipt and Michelin will send you $100 bucks. Literally anywhere you buy them from Except Costco qualifies for the rebate. I submit it anyway, it gets denied, I call in they tell me Costco chose not to participate for "who knows why" or they are and they're pocketing it. I call Costco, they don't have customer service for non online orders or pretty much anyone I can speak to, so I have to wait for them to respond to the feedback link on the website, I sure hope so or I'm going to make a scene in that shop when it's the most crowded and try to convince everyone to leave.Could've sold my mom tires for half the price that would've fit her needs just fine but they had to get her the most expensive ones and be at a place that's more expensive than anywhere else in the country.

Had new tires installed and Ivan/his team got it done quickly. My tires actually arrived a week earlier than my scheduled appointment but they were able to reschedule my appointment to an earlier date. Service was great and this is my second time bringing a vehicle in for new tires. I like bringing my car here because I can walk around Bella Terra while waiting. Highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning.

Good prices but terrible customer service. I waited at the counter for 15 minutes and no one ever came by to help or even acknowledged me. Also parking is a pain because they have no reserved parking for the tire center.

Received excellent, courteous service for installation of a new set of tires. Tires were ordered online and arrived sooner than estimated. With an appointment, installation was completed professionally in about an hour.The next week, had tires and rims replaced on other vehicle. Patrick provided courteous, professional service

This review is for the terrible customer service from Ivan, the manager in the tire center department. The WORST sad excuse of a "manager" amongst other things.I want to start off by saying Joe is extremely compassionate and helpful. This review is specifically for Ivans terrible service, nothing to do with Joe.On 1/13/23 my tire dash light came on, I called costco's tire center, I spoke to a male in the tire department who I informed of my situation. He told me as soon as I arrive to make sure I park my car in the air pump parking spot and flag one of the technicians so they can check my tire pressure as soon as I got there. I arrived and parked my car exactly where I was told to less than 15 minutes ago.I see a "man" (Ivan the manager) talking to an elderly person so I approached patiently to get further assistance as I was advised to do on the phone. Ivan was not even done speaking to the elderly gentleman when he proceeded to raise his voice at me and demand that I move my vehicle at once, hollering that the spot was reserved for air pressure service only.I calmly informed him that I was there for exactly that reason, I was told by a tire tech over the phone to park there and flag someone down to help me with my situation.He proceeded to raise his voice and talk to me in a condescending, belittling, arrogant manner that he didn't care what I was told on the phone, that I should not park there, even though I was TOLD to do this.I kept explaining that he didn't even know what I was there for trying to explain I was told to park here by an employee.I then asked him to change his tone with me, he was so rude and insensitive. I was doing exactly what I was told by the tire technician and if that's the incorrect process then train your staff properly. I asked him if he was a manager and he said "Actually I AM the manager".I the told him "you are one terrible manager, you have absolutely no customer service skills"He absolutely did not care.Be careful when you fall off your high horse Ivan. It's going to be a hard fall.Joe on the other hand- absolutely deescalated the situation as best he could. When he approached me I was filled with frustration and disappointment, but his gentle approach made me so emotional and he was so patient and extremely helpful despite my tears from how frustrated I was. I only came back because of Joe and the female store manager who let me share my terrible experience with them and were understanding.On 1/15 I had my appointment that Joe helped schedule and when I arrived I guess they needed a manager to log into the computer and of course here came Ivan on his high horse who did not greet me as a customer, did not apologize for his poor managerial behavior. I requested for him NOT to help me, he was such trash. Get rid of this poor excuse of a manager Costco. Even after the store manager spoke with him, his attitude stayed the same.

Just an update for the way that Costco management is handling my complaint- I appreciate the manager Natalie and Assistant General Manager LaShawn (I hope I spelled her name correctly). I hope this is used as a learning and training opportunity, which I think it will. I think sometimes when you are in a leadership role it gets to your head (i think its what happened to Ivan) and sometimes you have to take a step back and acknowledge when you're wrong and do your best to work on yourself as an individual outside or work and as someone in a leadership role professionally. Slow down and don't get ahead of yourself Ivan, manage stress differently and if you need to step away to recollect yourself-do it. I hope that my next experience at the tire center is handled in a more welcoming humbling manner. Listen and respect your customers no matter the age, race, gender. Be kind, educate staff and appreciate those that go above and beyond like Joe. Think of that customer as your friend, significant other, child, sibling, etc. Treat that customer how you would want your loved ones to be treated.Joe from the tire center- keep doing what you're doing. The world needs more kind efficient people like you. If its what you want, I hope you get into a leadership role in the future. Thanks again!

Three years ago I purchased brand new all 4 tires with warranty from Costco Wholesale. The warranty entailed replacement of a tire if the tread was too low or if it was unserviceable due to “non-repairable punctures or impact damage”. I took my car in a year ago because I had a nail in one of my tires and it was leaking air. My first intention was to get it repaired. The tire service member at Costco who looked at it, said they could not patch it because the nail was too close to the wall of the tire. I said okay, then let’s replace it. We went back inside and he went on the computer for the tires I bought with the warranty. He said they don’t have them in stock, so I asked if he could order them or ship them in? His response was No. He said that no Costco had any of my tires in stock around the COUNTRY. (I drive a Honda Accord). This, I assume, is due to a shortage. I asked when a shipment would be in and he said probably in about 2 weeks. Since I can’t drive around with a flat, I asked if there was a different brand with my tire size in stock. I wanted to get all 4 replaced because the other tires tread was getting low. He quoted me over $700 for a new set which included a warranty discount for my old tires. I am a full time college student with 2 part-time jobs and this I could not afford. I said no thank you and walked away with a plan. Since my tire with a nail in it did not leak pressure heavily, as long as I didn’t let the psi drop to low, I would be fine. Fast forward to today and my nailed tire will no longer hold pressure. Hopefully, they finally have my tires covered by my warranty in stock. I would not recommend purchasing a Costco Tire warranty because they may stop carrying your tires in the future after your purchase.

Do.. Not... Go.. Here. Trust me, you will regret it. I promise you. Read all the negative reviews, they are 100% still accurate. Similar complaints going back to 2019! .. Several employees (in a single day) were dismissive of me, my concerns and needs to get a warranty out of a tire manufacture(who they sell!). The claimed they didn't even have the phone # to a manufacture tell sell, didn't know how the warranty process worked. How is that even possible? You sell and warranty that specific manufacture!! They called to ask if I could move up my apt, yet that was only to put still in line behind everyone else. Ie. It was no longer an apt (like when you get there and they immediately start working on your car), it was more like call ahead seating. I had to repeat myself many times because nobody would take two seconds to listen, they just cut you off and walk away. I will be filing complaints with Costco corp and the BBB. It's been a loooooong time since a business treated me with such disrespect. And from Costco ? wow.
