Online shopping is terrible... it's the 3rd time I have had issues. It won't take a new credit card to pay for the items I picked out to purchase. I called and asked. I was told to call customer service and the gentleman told me he didn't know the phone number of customer service. He said, " look on the web sight, it should be there, have a good day." I didn't find it..... I spent quite a some time picking out ornaments for pick up. This is the 3rd time I had identical problems with the online store.

I had a disappointing experience at World Market recently. After winning a coupon in the Golden Unicorn competition, the store manager, Lisa Johnson, accused us of cheating in front of everyone, using a disrespectful and condescending tone. We had already turned in the golden unicorn and received our coupon with no problem. When we went to use the coupon, all of a sudden there was a problem. This was an unjust and humiliating experience. I expected better customer service and a simple apology, but received none. It's crucial for businesses to maintain customer satisfaction and respect, which was clearly lacking here. The Golden Unicorn competition is suppose to be fun and exciting, nobody has the time or energy to go out of their way to cheat, and you shouldn't accuse anyone of doing so without proof. I hope they address this issue promptly, and they put someone else in leadership that has respect and values customers, unlike the current manager.

I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.I purchased a pouf from this store. The tongue on the zipper was detached when I bought it as was all of the others of this same style, so I figured it wouldn't be an issue. It was however on the floor with dust that had been collected and dirty.Anyway. I still bought it.And now the zipper has separated and will not zip up.I called the store to ask if they would exchange or refund me and they said yes.I showed up the next day and they wouldn't help me at all. And told me it was my fault the zipper was broke.I have the receipt. They wouldn't return it. And the manager also hand we wait while she gossiped about me to other employees. Then came back to me and told me I should just buy a new one but they won't be returning/or exchanging the time. I called the next day. Today. To speak with the manager at the store. Hoping a different one would help me. But, no. She was telling me no matter what the receipt had said she is basing her info off of what the other manager had said and she was not helping me either and then hung up on me when I asked for both of their names.I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!FYI the pouf purchase was $149.99 Fuck you!

I had placed an online order with World Market, and due to unexpected delays on my end, I found myself unable to pick it up during regular store hours. After calling, the store staff agreed to stay a couple minutes after closing to ensure I could retrieve my order. They were very helpful and always put my orders together with accuracy.I want to express gratitude for the exceptional service I recently experienced at this World Market store. It's not every day that a company goes above and beyond to accommodate its customers.

I like coming here to prepare for any get together... good & unique items from different places around the world. One of the only places you can find individual sized wine & sake... I found many individual Prosecco's which were a hit at my pool party!
