I had spoken to several representatives who would just transfer me instead of taking the time to actually assist. Thank you, Andres! Very ignorant people working here, they spam call your phone you answer and tell them wrong number they just hang up on you, and don't say sorry. Hope you all have money for a harassment suit. Cause they are still plblowing my phone up after I told them wrong number. Trust me last thing you all want is me in your office after harassing me. I can not wait on a revolution to wipe these people out.

Beware of this Insurance Company... They charge me Additional Payment without my Authorization!!! I called them to get proof of Refund and they Denied to do it!! (Theres no proof) In summary this company is most likely to be FRAUDULENT!!!

Update: I did not renew my insurance and Freeway/ Confie has beeen calling me constantly to renew.Tried to change my policy with them and was hung up on 3 times. Very unprofessional. Steer clear of this company

With a little research, I found that EZ insurance is somehow affiliated this company. I get calls from EZ insurance using telephone numbers with some one else's caller ID. They are SCAMMERS and the suits in Confie's ivory tower may not know or care. AVOID and deal with a reputable insurance company. If I could I would give zero stars!!!!!

Called this number to make changes to my policy, absolutely useless customer support there. Told me they couldn't help me yet they were still trying to get information from me afterwards, what a bunch of clowns.

My husband canceled his policy MONTHS ago. I just checked my account to see that this disgusting company has been taking money out of MY savings account as late as last month. I've never done any business with this company, never gave any of my information. When asked about how this is going on, they give you the run around and pretend they have no idea what you're talking about. They took over $2000 for me and they'll do it to you.

I called in to report a change to my policy, as advised by Progressive, and these con artists hung up on me 4 times! I am reaching out to the BBB immediately to see to it these crooks never answer another phone call in their lifetime.

They pretend to help you, and then hung up on you when you are waiting, i know this was no accident because it happened 2 times in a row, the third time they just left the speaker off the hook, didnt even said hi... I can understand this if one is being rude... But i simply called to very coverage and asked nicely.

The worst humiliation and shame in this company I worked more than 11 years between as an agent and I was BM since freeway acquired oasis yesterday I was unfairly fired a few weeks ago I worked alone sick with fever and muscle pain I told my supervisor that I needed help the only help was that it closed when the office was full of clients and thus the day ended yesterday I suffered the greatest shame and humiliation of my life. Now I am unemployed I am a single mother paying for a house and for less than $ 157 dollars my life collapsed. The HR guy he conduct my determination for less the $157. I had co workers that were determined for not showing to work for days without notification and he stopped the determination for her but not for me even ER was not in my side knowing that I was ill working with a lot of clients that day. Confie HR and ER they didn’t care that I never was short of money before in11 years I worked for them so hard my self for 6 days a week 8 -9 hrs a day. Now I am without job stressing and acted how I going to pay my mortgage I am a single mon they were so unfair the way they treated me. Also I know that more agent were short and they still working there .

This is a very bad company. It's almost impossible to reach a live person on the phone. And they refuse to set up auto pay. They want you to miss a payment so they can refuse to pay out a claim.

Freeway Insurance is a scam and they are affiliated with other agency that would scam you out of more money. I wonder what the Bbb have to say about this.

These people go by the name "Freeway Insurance" and they are absolutely HORRIBLE as customer service reps!! After my name being misspelled on my insurance policy at the Houston's office, they kept giving me the run around, putting me on hold forever, transferring me time and time again, and constantly kept asking me the same questions OVER and OVER AGAIN!! A complete waste of time!! I had to go into the Conroe location to get things straightened out!! Thank God for the insurance ladies over there!! They helped me even through my extreme agitation!! Wonderful customer service Keily!! Greatly appreciated!! God bless you!!
