Citi is a financial services company that offers digital banking services, mortgage products, personal loans, small business banking products and services, Citi Cards credit card offers, and Citi Personal Wealth Management investment products and services. Customers say it is one of the better banks to use. Employees have positive attitudes and explain offers in a friendly and kind manner. Many customers have moved money into Citi and report that the treatment of customers is far above their previous banks. A visit to the Fountain Valley branch resulted in a banker telling a customer to call customer service. In Huntington Beach, a banker helped call the loan center and explained that the wait time is the same whether calling the banker or the customer. The banker was caring rather than dismissive and showed empathy.

I worked with a wonderful banker by the name of Rebecca (Becky) Jimeno. She guided me every step of the way dealing with the trust on my father’s passing. She made time for me even when I didn’t have an appointment with her. She went above and beyond many times. She is definitely an asset to your company.

Someone opened a check and credit card under my name. I talk to James nguyen, the teller he was very polite. He put be on the list with a banker, without a prior appointment. Lisa Amaro was my bank she was very kind and professional and got the job done A++
