Customers report that Citi's employees have positive attitudes, provide friendly and kind explanations of their offerings, and treat customers well, often going above and beyond to assist them. This is one of the better banks to use. Employees still have positive attitudes. The explanation of offers they have, are friendly, and kind. I recently moved my money into this bank. How they treat their customers is far and above where I had my accounts before.
