Fraudulent activity on my account where a large amount of money was taken and in their “investigation” they found $5,000 taken to not be fraudulent even though the charges were located in Florida!!! Made my account negative by pulling the money back out after having refunded it and they said there’s nothing they can do

My friend went in to deposit her husbands life insurance. Obviously he had passed . They , meaning the Manager Raj . Talked her into investing most of the money into a high risk investment account. Two years she waited.she went into the bank to ask questions. She was told he wasn’t responsible she should talk to her investment person. She tried to contact the person only to find out she no longer has an account. Not only that , no one will return her calls !That was her life savings! Good going JP Morgan investments!

Efren at this branch is so knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell he is a genuine person wanting to help. Had fraud issue called chase and took care of getting my money back and a new card.

I had a very disturbing trip to this chase drive through atm. I pull in to the parking lot and this strange man is standing right in the middle of the parking lot starring me down , as I drove around the parking lot to the back where the atm Machine is. As I'm using the atm, I feel like someone is watching me. I look around , and back behind me there is creep-O standing on the side of me like where a car should be waiting to use the atm next .when I finish there he is in a new spot staring me down again, As I pull out and park to report the creep he's back behind me in another part of the parking lot again staring at me . I go inside to ask about the creep out side , they tell me he's an off duty cop ( why was I not surprised) working for chase as security. And then I ask is something going on that I should know about , they say no he's there for the Transients. That live back behind the bank. I said. Well why the heck is he then staring down customers who are coming to use the atm ,the creep is staring at me all over this parking lot! They laughed and said it's for my safety . What ? Oh yeah I'm so sure so his job is to watch out for Transients. So why is he staring at customers like that ! Mind you I'm woman who pulls in at 3 in the afternoon driving a bmw To use the atm . So I don't get their excuse . It's not good customer service to make customers uncomfortable to even use the atm. And as I pulled out of the drive way. There he was again now hiding by the dumpster again staring me down. I tried to smile at the man and he didn't even crack a smile ! How weird ! And what horrible customer service treating your customers. Like criminals as to plant a cop In the parking lot to watch your ever move. RIDICULOUS! Oh btw I scanned the parking lot as I drove away And did not see any evidence of the transient problem that They spoke of . Well chase great job ! You just lost me as your customer ! I definitely will not be back!

Raymond was incredibly helpful, he answered all my questions and helped me open multiple accounts while also helping me choose the correct accounts for my situation. I'll be sure to use Raymond and this chase bank for all my future needs

Horrible service. BOYCOTT this branch. Five people standing around, no greeting. I ask to open an account, & I was told that I would have to make an appointment but, absolutely no one inside branch except employees laughing. I walked out big waste of time.

If you are looking for a Chase branch as your go to, pick this one. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They went over and above for me and it was evident they really want to help the customer. I have specifically worked with Anna-Lee and Brandon and both were exceptional.To put it into perspective I will compare this branch to another on an important situation I was dealing with (I'll leave out the specifics). The other branch gave me no solutions and basically told me I was out of luck. For the situation I'm referring to, this was unacceptable. I decided to turn to this Huntington Beach branch and they gave me a best case scenario and then also two other workarounds that could remedy the issue in the meantime. The two workarounds made me feel very good because they solved the major issue at hand. Not only that, they called me back after an hour and told me they were able to accomplish the best case scenario. Overall, it's clear to me that not all Chase branches are the same quality and you have to find ones that actually care. I found mine!

Just drove past chase bank and decided to finally get my new debit card after washing my current one on accident. Steve offered to assist me the second I walked in. Not only did Steve get my debit card and wave the fee in seconds but he also got my card shipped in 2 days because I was going out of town. Once I mentioned I was going out of town he instantly offered to put a note on my account, get me change and helped me download the chase card and put my card on Apple Pay. I'm terrible with technology and Steve made the process fast and easy. People like Steve continue to remind me why I bank with Chase and why I will never leave. A++ for customer service. Thanks chase for hiring quality people I will continue to bring all my future business to Chase bank. LOVE this location

Friendly staff, with many free to assist with banking needs. Experience was mainly through teller and available banker, not a complicated visit. Inside seemed clean and new. Does not look to be a private banking location.
