The ATMs are a joke. Wouldn't even let me withdraw $1,400 out of my own bank account so I'm going to have to come back every couple days until I withdraw the entire amount smh

I had previously opened an account with Southland Credit Union (very disappointing) and Farmers & Merchants Bank with the expectation that as smaller banks, it would be easier to build a relationship. After several failures on both bank's part, I met Talar Dufresne at a networking event. I had already been contemplating opening a business account elsewhere and the timing was perfect.I emailed Talar and she responded quickly. In less than 24 hours she was sending me the forms needed to open my business checking account.Since then, banking with Chase has been nothing short of a 5-star experience. The incentive to open an account, maintain a minimum balance, and have a minimum number of transactions also helped me change my mindset around my minimum balance. Thank you Chase for setting me up for success with the new account incentive, which felt so good to have earned.I look forward to many years banking with Chase.

Have had personal and business accounts with Chase for many years. They send me emails every month saying I'm pre-approved for a business credit card, so I finally apply and they make me re-submit all my business info. even though I have had this information on file with them for years, have never bounced a check and have a credit score of well over 800. After sending them everything they asked for they say " We'll let you know our decision in 10 to 14 days" Their customer service is a joke. Would not recommend.

I actually like this branch and use it since it's my neighborhood location, but I'm giving them two stars because I have been calling all day to ask them about their notary services and no one has answered. I've called 7 times today. It only rings about 5-6 times and than gets forwarded to an automatic voice that tells you to call the 800 number. Disappointing. Just wanted to see if the notary would be in tomorrow. Can't stand it when businesses don't answer the phone... especially when you know there is always at least three employees working there at a time.

Chase bank closed my credit card with no warning less than 2 weeks after my husbands death throwing me into many issues with recurring payments. Not one person at my branch, as a Private Client, helped me or returned calls. Apparently Private Client means it's so private they're not aware of your existence.

Have been a Chase customer for years. CURRENT manager shows no customer service. Have a major problem and was literally told "someone will contact you" meanwhile money was wired OUT OF MY ACCOUNT without permission and Chase can't even give me a person to speak with! Will certainly be closing my accounts there soon

I am surprised to see the rating at this particular chase to be under 3, however today is the first time chase treated me as if they were BofA. Wanted to open an IRA and had questions about the instrument. Was told if I wanted to transfer an IRA I would be helped but for a new IRA to goto the website. Made a withdraw and the amount i received is what I asked for, 1 star.
