Mr. Padilla is a top-notch gentleman that helps you when you need it most. Had a random disappearance of a good amount of cash and Steve was able tp help right it with no delay. Super helpful, super informative, and will go the extra mile to make sure he gets to the bottom of any of your concerns. If you're watching these reviews Chase, give this man three big bags of money post-haste.

Thank you Shayla! Thank you for helping me square my mortgage automatic payments. You should get a raise for this because you know what you're doing! Thank you again.

Two weeks ago I moved here from Germany. It was impossible to open a bank account at Chase. I spent there 90 minutes arguing with Sandy. She wanted a utility bill with my US address as a second ID. Since I don't have a bank account yet, my husband pays all the bills and my name is not on the bills. She wouldn't accept the lease agreement. Also our 2 year old was bored out of her mind, didn't even offer her a pen & paper to draw or anything.. very bad experience! With Bank of America super easy.

They can’t seem to set my account up properly. My account was restricted without notification and to no fault of mine. This is about to be my third visit to the branch just to set up a checking account. What a nightmare.

Their counter service is fast and efficient. They don't have long lines like Bank of America. Their ATMs work much faster than other banks.

First went to chase bank on Beach and Atlanta to open a business account. I called for an appointment on Saturday morning and no one answered the phone. I decided to walk in and wait. I met with an account associate to open an account and the computers would not work after an hour of trying. He referred me to the chase bank on Main Street and Ellis Street in the 5 Point Shopping Center. The account executive at this Chase Bank was very helpful and was able to help me open an account quickly and efficiently. He help me set up the Chase app and I was out of there in about an hour. This chase location is clean and the staff is very friendly.

I have been a Chase customer for 25 years. Chase had my email address and phone number, but failed to notify me that one of my lesser-used cards had a $32.96 unpaid balance. That card had a $20,000.00 limit. Because Chase did not update my mailing address when I moved, and chose not to call, text, or email me despite having all three methods to reach me, I lost 140 points on my credit score, Chase took all of my Sky Miles, and canceled my credit card, which I'd never been late on in 15 years. I'd have expected more after 25 years as a customer. Choosing to ruin my credit and multiple-decade banking relationship over a $32.96 balance on a $20,000.00 credit line without so much as an email or telephone call? Chase's "Credit Bureau Liaison" confirmed that "it's not Chase's policy to email, text, or call if a payment is late." Wow. Words cannot express how negatively I now feel about Chase. I won't be shy about sharing my experience with everyone I know, so they can avoid vesting decades of good faith doing business with a company that would handle a situation like this so poorly.

If all you have for ID is your Drivers License don't bank here! I've had this account for over a year and EVERY TIME I come in they ask for an extra form of ID. I guess I don't qualify for the text message verifier either bc I'm doing a deposit ? And not just any extra ID is required it's got to be a credit card. I can't tell him how many times I only have my license and they send me away. Just too many hoops to jump through to deposit my money. Oh and you can't deposit cash either. There are too many banks that are easier to work with. The lady behind the counter was really rude as well. Bye Chase, you finally lost my business. But it will have to be tomorrow bc you won't let me close it today. Nice work Bye

I am so sick of this bank, Their customer service is so bad now. Been with them over 20 years and the people there are the worst. Give Chase a bad name. Going to be looking for another bank that cares about their customers.

Take your hard earned money to a different bank. The monthly fees at Chase are a rip off. And the customer service is horrific

Do NOT go to Maribel Perez! I wanted to open a chase credit card, so after some serious Yelp research I decided this was the best Chase branch in the area. However, I was incredibly disappointed with Maribel's customer service. I have been banking with Chase for over 6 years (multiple accounts -checking, business, etc.) and was pre-approved for a credit card. She was not able to answer any of my questions and ultimately led me astray with her advice. Maribel told me I was DENIED for a credit card and was not able to explain at all why. I ended up spending an hour on the phone with Chase, and they realized it was Maribel who made the mistake. I was then approved for a credit card after correcting her error. If I can save anyone the hassle and stress, just do NOT go to Maribel.
