Great movie choicesPricey though and terrible customer serviceI lost at least $40 last month of missed tickets that they are not willing to cancel / change becisee its passwd show time evern with a few minutes !One more thing I noticed is that the manager is usually bossing around the employees like in a dominant way .That creates a very negative atmosphere to work in !

Nice theater!!!! Clean and staff was very friendly. Buying tickets online was very easy and fast- plus you can see which exact seats are available.Chairs in the theater were VERY comfortable and recline pretty far back..... if you picked a bad movie, you can just take a nap and sleep through it ? ?

It was fun, we ordered ahead of time and reserved our seats so everything was really simple. They have recliner lazyboy style seats perfect for a date night!I know we had fun! The only thing was the sticky popcorn left stuck down in the seats.. that was gross..Thanks Cinemark Century!!

Comfortable seats. Respectful audience. Good popcorn. Everything was clean and tidy. The few staff that I interacted with seemed like they would rather be somewhere else. I get it, but put on a happy face, we all have a weekend and this is ours.

Typical movie theater, nothing out of the ordinary or bad about it. Concessions have always been easy to get, it's a kind of cafeteria set up. Get what you want, pay at the end as you leave.

I have not been to the movies in over 10 years. I had an amazing movie watching experience. I loved the reclining seats with foot rest! I saw the new Insidious movie. It was a little pricey, particularly the concessions. Other than that, awesome.

What can I say...I have only watched a few movies here, not a veteran, but as a casual, I enjoyed the experience here at Cinemark.Always grab a ticket on Tuesday if you can, prices are cheaper. Order tickets & food online to save yourself a line at Cinemark, it's simple.The seating is comfortable and there are many great places to hangout with your partner or friends after or before watching the movie here.

Great service and friendly people. One thing as a first timer here it was difficult to find the rows. I guess because I came late once the movie had started and it was dark. I was looking at the edge of the seats thinking there would be indicators that said what letter row it was. Until the movie showed a little light and realized it was on the carpet. Other than that it was a great experience.

Nice, clean, roomy theater with plenty of current run films. The D-Box chairs were okay. Not as exciting with the standard format screens. Specialty beverages were not available to purchase from the app. They even had shakes!

Loved this place, everyone super nice, good theater food, hot dogs were perfect. Theater seats were comfy, sound system was perfect.. outside food court and gift shops... definitely will be returning....

I love this movie theater, it’s one of our( me and my family) happy place for sure ?? but the problem is all snacks you sell to us is unhealthy and you don’t let us bring our snacks to the theater. Please at least add healthy and vegan options to your menus. I look forward to see this change as soon as possible because it’s a great time to see all wonderful movies and cartoons there ?Thank you
