Recently someone hit my Jeep almost head on. Although the damage to my vehicle wasn't major, I was concerned about getting the Jeep back in the excellent condition it was in before the accident. Gregg was my advisor, and he assured me it would be repaired to my liking. His communication was excellent and he kept me updated throughout the process. When I picked it up all repairs were performed perfectly. In addition, the staff at the front office were professional and very helpful- they really made it easy. I couldn't be happier with Caliber, and I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else for body work.

Very happy with Caliber Collision. They can be relied on to get your car repaired on time and on estimate. I never even had to sit down in the waiting area. I might have wanted to read a magazine and have a coffee but I never had the chance. They keep you informed at every step of the process and they work very well with the insurance company and the rental car company. I recommend Caliber highly.

3 years ago I used this place when I was in a car accident. They were terrific. My daughter's car was stolen. When found, we had it towed there. They had it for 2 1/2 WEEKS AND DID NOTHING. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Couldn't get a straight answer out of anyone. They claimed they couldn't get the side mirror fixed or the windshield BECAUSE THE RADIO WAS OUT OF STOCK. WHAT THE HELL DOES THE RADIO HAVE TO DO WITH THE WINDSHIELD. The new manager is a smug punk and absolutely useless. I was shocked how awful this company had changed in three years. I would have given zero stars but not an option. We had a car rental for 30 days. His response was I didn't now it was up. They wasted our rental time. Now we are without a car. When we left with the car the idiot said oh and it doesn't seem to run right but they didn't have time to really drive it around. What the hell did they do for 2 1/2 weeks. They were shameful and deplorable to work with. The lies they kept telling us. They charged me $432 FOR A METAL KEY. NO FOB JUST A SINGLE METAL KEY. Which they did the 2nd day they had the car. Never touched it again. When the car engine was looked at, we saw the whole was covered in oil. Not a word from Caliber about this. They were useless. This is the Caliber on Logon in Costa Mesa.

When I dropped off my car, I met Javier and he reviewed the cars damage and stated he would keep me posted on it progress. As the work was being done, he advised on the status and updated me on the final steps being taken to complete the repairs.The results are Great, it really was done very well, and I am more than satisfied with their results.The Office Staff is very friendly, professional, and caring.Thanks to the entire team for all of their support and efforts to get my car back to me looking Great!!!I have already let friends and family know how Great You All Are. Caliber Collision is the BEST auto collision shop in Orange County. Should you ever need a repair, and hopefully that is not often, they are the place to go. They handle everything for you with your insurance-the photos, the claim, the contact, the rental drop off and pick up- they make it so pleasant and easy. They have great customer service as well. When they promise the car, its ready by that date. Even earlier. I have gone there several times and each time, am completely satisfied. This time, I was helped by Javier - he was AWESOME. He explained the process step by step, stayed in contact with us daily and was so helpful and kind. He is the best. Thanks Javier. Caliber is great- We HIGHLY recommend them- 100% satisfied. Had my extra car dropped off here by for a collision that involved a drunk driver. Front right side collision that didn't require significant work other than the bumper, fender, brackets, head light, etc. Real normal everyday repairs. I was ok with leaving it with them indefinitely since I only used the car for long commutes or when someone needed to borrow a car.I've had a really good experience with caliber about 10 years ago and have always recommended customers and the service advisors to refer their repairs to caliber due to its network and presence. I WILL NOW MAKE SURE TO NEVER recommend any work to these tards again. Poorest level of customer service by the service adviser, Nicole Alwag, I have ever seen in life. Service advisor 101 is setting customer expectations and always making sure to keep in contact with updates. Picking up my vehicle after the initial repair was great and easy. It was until I found that my front grille was cracked and I emailed/called Nicole immediately after finding the discrepancy back in May 25, 2023. She did not send the supplemental request to the Insurance until May 30, 2023. 2 weeks later- I called to follow-up on the approval for the additional repair and she gave me some BS about needing the regional manager to grant her access to my Repair Order/customer profile. Huh? I smell BS, but I let it slide. You already lost the trust of the customer by saying you sent the sup request already when you never did until I gave you the receipts. Service advisor 101: Cover Your Arse. You didn't. Some time after the call (like a week or so) I get a call from their billing saying the original repair order is short by $500 from the insurance. I told her to speak to the service advisor since I have to come back to complete the repairs anyway. Didn't hear ish since. My insurance notified me that they approved of the supplemental repair on June 16, 2023.Not a single call from Nicole to this day. I'll make sure to Nuke your CSI if I ever decide come back, but probably not. Ordered a front grille replacement myself from my company since its more of a pain in the arse than its worth. Next time and for the future I will refer all customers to sterling. They don't j*** around customers with b******** Straight #GARBAGE
