We got off to a rough start because of an inane Medicare stipulation. The first couple of people I talked to didn’t understand the issue nor was Medicare able to explain clearly. I finally got an agent at Byram who knew what was going on and how to fix it. Good save but it would have been better if the first agents had the info to fix it.

Well I’m still waiting on Bryan Healthcare for over a month. Don’t know why. So far I give Byram a very disappointed review.

I contacted this company at the suggestion of my child's pediatrician. I was so surprised at the ease of ordering supplies. There was a little issue with our insurance and we weren't sure they would cover the cost for us. The employee went above and beyond to get the supplies paid for. He really impressed me with his commitment to the customer. The items were delivered the day after they shipped! I highly recommend this company!!

I had the worst pump experience, coming from a patient and from a primary care provider myself. I got my pump when my baby was 3 months old, just weeks before starting work. First I received a call from Byram asking about my insurance, then a second call asking more questions. I called my insurance and they said maybe Byram was not contracted so I was advised a different company. Told my doctor, they submitted to another and was denied because they weren’t contracted. So they sent it to Byram again because they confirmed they were contracted. Then a week later I called to confirm they had an order, they didn’t ask my name just my insurance and said my Sutter was not contracted. Called insurance and they said there is a contract. From then on I called almost every week (over 10 calls). I would call insurance and have them call Bryam so all 3 of us were on the phone. The same thing would repeat each week. Byram saying they are not contracted, my insurance telling them to check again, they would confirm, then send me a text days later for “missing information”. Would call again with insurance, same problem that they “updated” by the end of the call, another text days later, and I would call again. Insurance advised me to start a grievance, didn’t speed the process at all, just the same repeat events week after week. Finally, insurance was confirmed once I started emailing and calling. Maybe the paper trail means more? But then they said there was no signed authorization. So then insurance emailed or faxed the authorization again and then I finally got my pump. HORRIBLE. If I had not taken a longer work leave I would be returning with NO pump! And if my baby was not latching, I would have had to use formula. As a provider myself I was shocked.

This is an exceptional group of customer service support by knowledgeable, patient and kind staff members. I was helped quickly, thoroughly introduced to the process and what the timing would be. Everything arrived within a few days and it was all perfect.

Was satisfied; however, was sent some wrong supplies, which I still was able to use. It also took a week to get my supplies, but I think it was because it was the first time. Customer service was good and what I received worked.

I placed an order for supplies, confirmed product numbers and quantities, had the order rushed since I was out of supplies and the shipment arrived 2 days later with the wrong products and quantities. I called Byram back to request the correct supplies be shipped out and I was met with no answers and told they had to get supervisor approval first and had no way to contact the supervisor so they would need to call me back. I still haven’t received a return call and I still have the incorrect supplies and quantities. Not happy with the service received from this company.

I needed and authorization and over 4 weeks asked for Byram to contact my Drs office in another way other than fax since it wasn't getting any resolution. Bryan then faxed multiple other times without resolution. I finally did a three way call to get the authorization completed. Which room 4 weeks. I found out the fax that was being sent to my Drs office had a wrong fax number for return fax.

It took forever to talk to someone who actually helped me. I got a lot of back and forth on what was needed to order a breast pump and even after doing all that it was canceled with no warning and I had to call back multiple times to get my order through again.
