Burlington will not refund your rewards towards another purchase or if you have to exchange. I was told that it's for one time use and that's it. So i earned $40 by shopping there but when I use my rewards that I've earn to purchase an item and had to exchange it because it was the wrong size, I was not able to redeem my rewards to buy or exchange for something else. SHOPPERS BE AWARE. BURLINGTON is deceiving!!!

I had to endure a frustrating 40 minute wait in line alongside other disgruntled customers due to the lack of available cashiers. Meanwhile, the rest of the staff were totally unconcerned, engaging in idle conversations and wandering around the store. When I requested to speak with a supervisor or manager, I was informed that there was no one of higher authority present. It is evident why this store is experiencing a decline in business and shrinking in size. The unprofessional behavior of your employees and the absence of managerial support have a detrimental impact on both your business and customers. This situation is truly disheartening.
