Had a set of wheels built here when Jason worked there for a customers Camaro and everything went great. Jason was very informative on the stagger and tire size when I called. He even new back spacing and diff length off the top of is head needed to fit the large wheels on that build. Found out today Jason no longer works there and got the owner on the phone. He told me he no longer works there and asked "What can I do for you" I told him Jason helped me out on some questions and built me a set of your guys wheels and fit perfect. All I wanted to ask was a simple stagger question and tire size on a very common car "1967 Mustang" BONE STOCK, (cookie cutter sizes) and he was very rude, like he didn't want to answer. His response was "WELL ARE YOU GOING TO BUY OUR WHEELS, THEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE" I answered "hopefully I got to sell them first, but instantly could tell this guys attitude sucked. I am going to buy some "EXPENSIVE WHEELS " BUT NOT FROM THAT ASSHOLE. AND THIS IS MY FIRST EVER COMPLAINT IVE DONE ONLINE. DONT BUY BUDNIK

Terrible customerservice. Tried to order a steeringwheel online but that failed as the computer says they don't ship overseas. Tried to send Sheila an email, but she doesn't respond on any of my emails. Then I decided to pick the phone and call them, but the connection will be broken after 1 minute or so. Even a dealer of Budnik doesn't respond on emails. Strange..

Buyer beware! I purchased rims on Sep 2022 (with putting half down $2700) and still don't have any product or refund. I've called and email the owner Shiela several times over the past two months with no response. Seeing how its Jan 2024, I assume the company is going out of business or just has horrible customer service.

They get 4 stars because of the product. They lose a star because the customer service is sorely lacking. The person who answers the phone seems as if he couldn't care less about you. He has no personality and is quite short with you when you ask questions. He said he would call me back after I inquired about my 3 thousand dollar order. He didn't. I called back and was told the wheels would be ready the following week. They weren't. This happened for two weeks until I called again and was finally told the right date. This company is so impersonal and seem to only care about your money and not the customer. Great wheels. Poor customer service.

I sent my Budnik Remmingtons back to Budnik for cosmetic repairs. Tire shop damaged them. The wheels made 3 trips back and forth to Budnik because the repairs were done so poorly. The final time that I received them back, the "NEW" ceramic coating is so thin that you can see bare aluminum in some spots, drips and runs in other spots, terrible. Budnik charged me $800 and won't do anything else to remedy the problem. Their attitude was Great when this all started out, promises

We have a custom auto building shop and after purchasing budniks for a customer, we bought some for our own creation. We highly recommend these wheels. They're beautiful. The only thing they could improve on is the length of time it takes to receive them and they don't communicate this well. Just realize it may take at least three months and you're golden. You won't be sorry.

Have purchased wheels and accessories here for several of my cars. Jason in sales is very helpful and knowledgeable. He knew all the fitments for the wheels that were specific to my year of car. Highly recommend!

I wanted to get my dad some custom wheels for his 69 Camaro Z28 on his birthday, Budnik hooked me up and were super nice over the phone! I would recommend them to anyone who wants the best wheels.
