Had a great experience with the team. Got my truck in and out really quick and at a great price. They went through my truck found things the other mechanics missed, even showed me things i didn’t need that were recommended by others. Great family business.

I have been using this shop for several years. We don’t have many car issues but when we do, we always come here. I always feel like I get good communication and excellent service here. This time, they took my 6.0L power stroke and replaced the fuel injectors and other relevant items. They exceed my expectations every single time. The work has always held up. They always communicate and are forthright. Don’t ever go to the dealer for maintenance. Come here and just get what you need at a reasonable price. They will stand behind their work as well. 6 stars if I could. Love this place!

Britton's Automotive has gone above and beyond with the work done on my truck and I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for thorough and trustworthy auto service. This is a huge shout out to Bruce and his team! Thank you all SO much for your careful work and straightforward, courteous service. I was having trouble finding a reputable shop to work on my older pick up truck. I actually couldn't seem to find a place that would do the work on an older vehicle. I did some research, called around, and decided to try Britton's based on reading these Yelp reviews and because I came across their awards for Best of OC from the Orange County Register. SO glad I did. When I started calling around the guys at Brittons were really helpful and completely patient with my questions over the phone too. The work I needed done on this truck was nothing short of extensive and Britton's took it in right away. Because it is an older vehicle we came across more damaged parts that needed replacing as we went along. But the owner Bruce called me every time and explained the issue in detail. He offered solutions and gave me time to decide on my plans. The work has been done right, and with really fair prices. They even went out of their way to help me choose a reputable smog shop nearby! Given the extensive parts hunting and the timing that I needed to schedule each repair, I am so impressed by how accommodating they were at Brittons. My truck is now driving better than it ever has and if you are looking for a trustworthy shop, you've found it.

Normally don't write reviews and none negative so far. But couldn't stop myself in writing this. One of the worst and very shocking experience I had here.After we brought our car here, they didn't work on it for two weeks. After two weeks they called me and asked to take the car right away or they'll tow it just because they don't know how to fix it and they need space for other cars. Being out of station, they put us in very difficult position.As a way out we requested other mechanic shop in the same complex to work on our car. But these guys talked to those other mechanics to not work on our car, talking bad things about car and us as persons which is unethical and possible not legal. There is definitely lot of arrogance not sure what the reason it. And puts us as customer in very difficult situation.Writing this in the hope this may help others.Best of luck to the shop and other fellow customers.Thank you and Regards.Service: General repairs & maintenance

So... I've been taking my 2012 Toyota Camry to a friend's shop for years and although I trust him without a doubt, the shop is far from me. My husband was getting his SMOG check in the area and asked a lady there where she serviced her car because she had the same make & model as his. She recommended Britton's Automotive In that same strip mall, 5 min and walking distance from our home. My husband was pleased with the service he received here, so I decided to take my car. Being that I'm a girl, all I can say is Bruce, the owner, is amazing and Hank, the mechanic has my car running as if I'm gliding on butter. No lie. It literally "feels" like that!! Thanks to everyone here. I'll definitely be back for my next service!

It's almost impossible to find an honest mechanic. Maybe just a few bucks more than the competition, but always takes care if our family's cars, never tries to scam extra money out of the deal and dies a solid and efficient job. Couldn't recommend them enoughServices: Air conditioning

Bruce was recommended to me by Pablo at Collision Center in the same complex and what a great find. Bruce did some work on my wife's Prius and my in-laws older PT Cruiser. Straightforward, honest, great communication, and did excellent work on both cars. A rare find in the repair industry and we're grateful to have been sent here. Bruce will be our go-to for many of our future needs and is highly recommended.

These guys are great!! They worked on my 09 Subaru Outback, Bruce is very nice and professional. Very good prices and not one to charge you for something you don’t need!!! I am so thankful for Britton's Automotive! We have had problems with several other auto places, and we were at the point of feeling like we would never find an honest and reliable place that would do great work. Britton's automotive has been the answer to our prayers. I was thrilled to find out the work we needed done was not as bad as we thought and cost less than we had expected to pay. An honest mechanic with solid skills seemed like a fantasy until we found Britton's automotive.

Britton's Automotive is THE place to take your vehicle for repairs, in my opinion. Owner, Bruce Britton is a class act and is fairly priced. No regrets going there for my 1998 Toyota Camry.

I have been using Britton's Automotive for 18 years now and it never occurred to me to write a review. Maybe I just don't want to share the best mechanic with everyone?Bruce has worked on at least 5 of my cars over the years. He is very courteous, reasonably prices, always professional and on time. I love the fact that he is literally across the street from my work so I can drop off my car in the morning and pick it up when I get off work.I would highly recommend Britton's for service on any type of car.Service: General repairs & maintenance
