This store is a joke! There employees all five of them getting paid for nothing to stand there talking to one another drinking there coffee These girls have no clue what a real job is! There entitled and rude and have zero customer service. One size fits all! Great work ethics

Best Brandy Melville simply based on customer service. I usually don’t have the best shopping experience at other locations, due lack of friendliness and approachability from the associates. Not at this location though, this associate was super welcoming. She was also very helpful and went out of her way to bring a clothing item to my dressing room, that was similar to what I was looking for. More Brandy associates need to have this type of customer service. I will only be shopping at this location from here on out.

Super cute clothes and great service from the girl who checked me out but lose the girl with the tiny, slicked back ponytail..... ... Gross attitude and extremely rude. everyone in there was talking about how nasty and uncomfortable her vibe was. Unfortunately not a good look for the store.

The workers could definitely benefit from coaching in customer service. I don't know if they are told to be disrespectful to customers or just not trained. Anyways, there are plenty of "fast fashion", non-sustainable clothing options within a 10 foot radius of this store in Pacific City. They all basically sell the same stuff so I just shop where the customer service is much better (any other store).

Please desensitize your price tags after they've been rung up. They never trigger the alarm at your store yet they trigger every other store alarm causing much embarrassment. This happens at ALL locations and causes a scene. If you have these tags that alarm the exits, why does it not go off in your own store? It triggered Urban Outfitters' alarm and the manager rolled her eyes and said "Brandy's tags always do this". Please fix this soon. It causes a lot of embarrassment and stress, especially for the teen erroneously looking like she stole something. Happens all the time.

I came here for the first time back in January 2022. As soon as I walked in the door one of the girls yelled, "DO YOU HAVE YOUR MASK?" I didn't know I was required to wear one. That was just a nasty experience. I truly didn't know. Plus she wasn't even helpful

If you want to go shopping without being bothered, this is the place !! The "staff" that was there was more interested in their phone and what's trending then customers. Might I suggest a self checkout, just hire someone to fold the clothes.

Most of the workers are actually rude and completely unhelpful. Unprofessional and seem to not take their job seriously. Went in right before closing one time just to look for a second. The worker who was near the door didn't even acknowledge me when we entered and I said hello, then proceeded to roll her eyes. Like I get that i was there close to closing time but that was extremely rude and unprofessional considering the only reason you have a job is because of we the customers. They also didn't acknowledge us when we were exciting, I said goodbye and thank you. Once again nothing was said, just an annoyed hurry to close the door behind me.

Rudest cashier. Why do these girls hate their jobs? Lol Won't be back to this location. Such a beautiful area but the cashier's energy was very ugly.

The employees seemed annoyed when I asked them questions about the sizes and cost. They seemed like they had one energy and no desire to help anyone. I asked an employee what the price is for a hoodie and she passively told me how to read it. Brandy use to not put the prices on their tags so I was just careful on how much I buy. Also I was looking in a pile of the jacket I wanted but I didn't know they were the same size. The way they told me that I wasn't going to find the size I was looking for by looking at the pile seemed rude. It made me feel like I was suppose to know that? How is anyone suppose to know that. I wish they said it in a better way. To add, I left my coffee near the desk so that I can put my items on a rack and my coffee was spilled by the employee who came to hang them. I didn't tell her it was her fault but I just told her it was spilled. Even though she didn't seem to show much emotion, I can tell she was annoyed. On the positive side, the employees who've worked as cashier are generally the nicer ones. Some liked compliment and comment on what we bought. They are always patient as well. I'm still going to come to this store because it's the closet one to me. I usually don't mind going into this store but today made me experience how many people feel when walking into brandy Melville in general. Hopefully next time I don't get to deal with rude employees.

the store is small and girls there are so sweet and welcoming. they had all the lace underwear at this location but a small selection of differnt clothes. the cashier working there kayla is one of the sweetest brandy workers i've met

You should change your store hours on maps. Says you close at 9 pm. and made a trip over there. Wasted my gas to find out you closed at 7 pm.
